New three-room apartment (opening May 2022) of about 75 sqm located in Colà di Lazise in a quiet residential complex. The Cascinale appartment, located on the first floor and easily accessible by lift, can accommodate up to 5 people and has a bright living area with a large, modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/ cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. The living room is furnished with special attention to detail, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a satellite TV and air conditioning. The large window overlooks a spacious covered terrace with a table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy outdoor dining and a rocking chair to relax in the cooler hours. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobes, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be pushed together. Windowed bathroom with washing machine, shower cubicle and hairdryer. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with solarium area surrounded by greenery (guaranteed opening period 01/06-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. Wifi NOT available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
The total price consists in:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
