Description

Riverside WG 10 - Oberbayern offers a modern, spacious holiday apartment for up to five guests, ideal for families, couples or small groups seeking comfort and flexibility in the scenic region of Oberbayern. Situated on the second floor of a recently built (2022) residential building in the village of Prem, this accommodation combines contemporary amenities with a picturesque rural and riverside environment.

The apartment extends over 100 m² and features two comfortable bedrooms with vinyl flooring, an inviting living room, and a dedicated dining area. Guests benefit from amenities such as underfloor heating, a private guest WC, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, mirror and window for natural light and ventilation. All windows are equipped with privacy screens, ensuring undisturbed relaxation.

The open kitchen, integrated with the living room, is fully equipped to meet the needs of self-catering guests. Facilities include a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, and a mixer. Comprehensive kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery are provided. A large dining table invites guests to enjoy meals together. Additional household conveniences such as a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and iron are at your disposal.

The bright living area is an inviting space to unwind, with a comfortable sofa, two satellite TVs and reliable WLAN throughout the apartment. For families with children, the accommodation is well-suited, offering children’s beds on request, games, and close proximity to playgrounds.

Golf (3,000 metres), tennis, minigolf, football fields and a range of adventure activities such as paragliding, ballooning, archery and horse riding are in easy reach.

Restaurants (300 metres), a supermarket (1,000 metres), shopping opportunities, and essential services such as pharmacies, a doctor and a hospital in the surrounding area ensure comfort and security throughout your stay.

For guests arriving by car, two private and free parking spaces (including a carport) are available directly at the building. Contactless check-in and check-out, as well as allergy-friendly standards and a non-smoking environment contribute to a comfortable and safe experience for all guests. Pets are welcome by arrangement, with a maximum of two allowed.

A bread machine and a microwave would still be advantageous for the kitchen equipment.

There are too few knives that cut reasonably well. The two large knives hardly cut at all. A holder for shower gel etc. would be desirable in the shower. A hair dryer should be standard in every vacation apartment. It is annoying to block the Wi-Fi on the TV, as without a TV stick, Netflix etc. won't work.
