This cozy vacation home is located near the small town of Floridia, surrounded by lush countryside. The house and its location offer a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean setting. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is just a 15-minute drive away and is an excellent starting point for exploring the island's beauty. Those who wish to exercise can enjoy the private pool or the treadmill on the veranda.
Interior:
The approximately 100 sq m (1,000 sq ft) ground-floor living space comfortably accommodates six people and features an inviting living room with comfortable upholstered furniture, air conditioning, a fireplace, and satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven.
Two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer complete the house's amenities. Wi-Fi is available.

A beautiful, comfortable, and spacious veranda surrounds the house, offering the opportunity to dine al fresco with a view of the garden.
A beautifully landscaped garden with large lawns provides the setting for the pool, which is exclusively for the use of guests. A gazebo with a table and chairs, an additional kitchenette, and a bathroom/toilet in a small outbuilding further enhance the comfort of your outdoor space. A barbecue and garden furniture are also provided.
Accessibility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Upon request, use of the pool is possible for an additional fee before April 1, 2026, and after October 31, 2026.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The private pool was the biggest attraction, and we spent hours relaxing by it. The location is quiet and perfect for resting, yet close enough to explore historical sites in Syracuse, such as the Neapolitan Archaeological Park.
