Villa in Syracuse with Pool and Terrace

Parking right outside the door made everything easier. The bedrooms were comfy and air-conditioned which helped after long days out. Kitchen gear was just what we needed plus the terrace offered a lovely place to unwind in the evenings.

Work trip, two nights. The villa was quiet and easy to settle into after long days. The shared pool and terrace were great spots to relax with good views. It felt more spacious than I expected, especially for six people, though we only used two bedrooms.

The name of the agriturismo Casa Mont Iblei does not correspond with how it is indicated on the road (there is Frattoria Terra e Libertad), also on the site of Belvilla only the street name Via per Canicattini and no house number and that is a very long street. The agriturismo was not easy to find. The owner is very nice, but it is all rather faded glory and you have to love dogs. Because there are continuous dogs around the house and we have had several nights that they kept us awake with their barking. In terms of location relative to the sea, Syracuse and village it is fine.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer as well as an oven, which made meal preparation easier. The air conditioning worked reliably even on hot afternoons. Wi-Fi remained stable and uninterrupted during video calls.

Whoever drives through the area should stop here if they are looking for space and some fresh air away from the city noise. In addition to the two bedrooms, the quiet ambiance and friendly atmosphere of the place were also impressive.

A nice house, with adjacent swimming pool, from which many swallows came to drink regularly. The interior of the house is simple with washing machine, without dishwasher. A nice large covered terrace, which was welcome since the interior is quite small for 4p. A special feature is that it is possible to walk into the orchard from the house, where olive and citrus trees stand. There are also fig, pain and medlar trees. The access road to the site is moderately accessible, with poor asphalt and many holes and potholes. Friendly owners.

Minus no shelter on the terrace westen.Pluspunten nice pool and kids (13 and 12) were owner Arturo help with feeding his animals. Arturo is both animal and friend of children, so the kids loved it.
