Description
The flat has recently been completely renovated and newly furnished. It has a spacious living area with a beautiful view directly into the greenery and is in a very exposed location in the middle of Bad Harzburg's spa district. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment as well as a bathroom with shower and window. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a generous wardrobe. High-quality mattresses and slatted frames guarantee a restful sleep. There is a third sleeping accommodation in the converted attic, so that even a small family will feel comfortable. The balcony, equipped with comfortable furniture, is very sunny and quiet and invites you to relax. A 65 inch TV with Magenta TV and free W-LAN provides for your entertainment. A desktop PC is also at your disposal, as well as a stereo system with Bluetooth connection.
There is a free parking space for your car directly in front of the apartment complex.
You can reach the flat on the 3rd floor comfortably by lift and, apart from a few small steps, the flat is almost barrier-free.

Location and surroundings of object
The location of the flat can be described as excellent. It is located in the middle of the spa district, directly connected to the beautiful Bad Harzburger Bummelallee, with its many cafés, restaurants, boutiques and many other attractive offers. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Burgberg cable car, tree top walk, climbing park and tree hoist. The view from the balcony goes directly into the greenery and the only thing you hear is the gentle murmur of the small river Radau and the chirping of the birds.

Perfect short vacation!
The search for accommodation for 1 week of "pure relaxation" in Bad Harzburg led us to this modern and tastefully furnished, quiet apartment with all the amenities. Even in less attractive autumn weather, the spacious living room provided coziness! In the perfectly equipped small kitchen, there is even room for a dishwasher and a washing machine! Tea drinkers would be delighted to find a teapot and tea cups! Thanks to the Brüggemann couple for the personal welcome, and for being available at any time for questions/problems!
