The forest in La Verna is 5 km away and you can start the day with a walk through Tuscan nature. In the nearby center of Chiusi della Verna, just 1.4 km from the accommodation, you will find nice shops and a restaurant for a typical Italian dinner.

The owners of the campsite are working hard to build a beautiful campsite. The toilet block and the swimming pool look neat, which is why a lot is being done. However, the chalet we were in was very old. There was black mold in the kitchen cabinets and in the bathroom. The bathroom tiles were partly detached from the floor, which made it look dirty. There were holes in the various screens that were in front of the windows. The wallpaper was badly damaged in several places. The chalet was absolutely not level, it was really crooked. Our advice is not to rent these chalets anymore, at least not in this condition. It is really bad advertising for an otherwise neat campsite.
