Enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year in our holiday home Casa Anja. The house has its own private swimming pool (7m x 4m) with integrated children's paddling area; an outdoor terrace, three bedrooms with 6 beds, a living room with couch area / TV area and a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, an open kitchen and a bathroom with bath + shower, toilet and are allowed!
The house has a habitable area of 80 sqm and is situated on a 400 sqm plot, which is covered with flagstones. The property is fenced all around (fence, wall) and surrounded by green plants.
Furthermore, there is a barbecue and two parking spaces.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in the settlement Las Tres Calas (The Three Bays). The settlement consists exclusively of holiday homes and holiday villas, there are no apartment blocks or hotels here. At the entrance to the village there is a supermarket and various restaurants.
Three beautiful bays with sandy beaches are 4 km away. The seaside resort L'Ametlla de Mar with 2 beaches and good shopping facilities, as well as good restaurants is 6 km away.
The house is located in the upper part of the development in a quiet area.

The seaside resort of L'Ametlla de Mar is 6 km away. L'Ametlla de Mar and Las Tres Callas are located at the southern tip of the Gulf on the Costa Dorada. The locals call L'Ametlla de Mar "La Cala" - the bay, because the place is a large natural harbour from which fishermen still go fishing
The main beach of L'Ametlla de Mar, the Platja de L'Alguer, is about 130 metres long and of light sand and is situated directly next to the Placa del Canó, which is close to the harbour. Here you can sit comfortably in one of the small bars and restaurants and watch the hustle and bustle of the harbour
Las Tres Calas (The three bays) and the holiday house (Casa Anja) are located 4 km from the beautiful bays" Cala Sant Jordi " - " Cala Vidre " - " Cala de les Ampolles " beautiful sandy beaches await you here.
Miami Platja is 15 km, Cambrils 30 km, Tarragona 50 km, Reus airport 50 km, Barcelona 140 km and Valencia 210 km ,
Port Aventura 40 km from the holiday home. All places are easily accessible via the A-7/AP-7 and N-340.

Advice by the landlord

security deposit:	200 €
rental deposit:	40 % at time of booking
final payment:	6 weeks before arrival

additional information about rental price:

We offer families with children and / or dogs a discount of 25 Euro per child / dog per booking week

There must be a deposit of 200, - Euro for the final payment, which will be refunded after the holiday.

Cancellation terms:

The following cancellation fees apply, up to the point of notice before the start of the trip, in % of the total booked service: - 20% for cancellations up to 45 days before the start of the trip - 50% for cancellations up to 35 days before the start of the trip - 80% thereafter and for no-shows If the vacation home is rented out again during the cancellation period through a new booking, the guest who cancelled will not incur any costs for the time of the booking.

Horst Mainz , Physiotherapist & Barbara Miller - Mainz , geriatric nurse Bought in 2009 Why an accommodation in L'Ametlla de Mar Our 'Casa Anja' is located in the holiday home settlement Las Tres Calas and belongs to L'Ametlla de Mar. We spent our summer holidays several years in a row and 'fell in love' with the place, the region and the people. Our rented holiday home was in the same street as 'Casa Anja' and we are often on our walks dream was always to buy a house in Las Tres Calas itself and when 'Casa Anja' (was then still called Casa Silvana) was for sale, we have realized our dream. What makes this accommodation unique We decided directly to Casa Anja because of the swimming pool (with integrated children's paddling area) and because of the complete enclosure (for dogs), it was and is a very special concern to us to offer our holiday home especially to families with children and dogs.
