The flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in a quiet street about 2000 metres from the sandy beach and the centre of Duhnen. The flat offers approx. 140 sqm of space for 2 to 8 people (+ toddler). It has a large living area with a living room and dining room with a conservatory.
Furthermore, the flat has four separate bedrooms, a large kitchen with fitted kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and toilet, another bathroom with toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. The flat has a terrace with garden use and a parking space in front of the house.

Cancellation terms:

IX Cancellation/Termination of the Rental Agreement The cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant must be made in writing. The relevant date for the cancellation is the day on which the declaration is received by the intermediary (Sabine Meißner, Fewo-Cux). In the event of a cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply: - Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 20% of the total rent is due - From 90 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total rent is due - From 14 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total rent is due. To keep the cancellation fees for the tenant as low as possible, we will, of course, attempt to re-let the vacation apartment. For longer stays, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
