Casa Grazia is a lovely holiday home for exclusive use that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The house is on one floor, with modern furnishings and exposed wooden beams, offering cosy and comfortable rooms.
The house consists of:
- a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso coffee machine, toaster. From here, you can comfortably access the porch equipped for outdoor dining;
- a double bedroom with TV;
- a bathroom with a large shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning.
Washing machine available.
The house is located in a panoramic position, surrounded by the rolling hills of Le Marche region.
In the garden there is a pool measuring 4x5 meters and 1,40 meters high, equipped with massaging water jets, Roman steps and illuminated at night with colour games.
Next to the pool there is a gazebo, equipped with sun loungers and sofas, and an outdoor shower.
Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The garden also has a sauna and Finnish hot tub, ideal for those seeking total relaxation, and a barbecue for delicious barbecues.
The porch is equipped with a table and chairs to comfortably dining outdoors.
The property is completely fenced and has private parking. The house is accessed via an automatic gate.
The owners, who live in the house next door, inside the property, will ensure guests maximum privacy.

Casa Grazia is located in a hilly position near San Giorgio di Pesaro, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the north of Le Marche region.
From the house, you can easily reach the Adriatic coast in about 20 minutes by car. In the seaside resorts of the area, including Marotta, Fano and Senigallia, there are equipped beaches and areas with free beaches, alternating fine sandy beaches with gravel stretches of coastline. Along the coast, you will also find many restaurants where you can taste typical local fish dishes, as well as pizzerias, pubs and beach chalets.
Exploring Le Marche hills, you can visit many historic villages including Mondavio, Corinaldo, Pergola, Gradara, walking along medieval alleys and walls, among churches, museums and panoramic views.
Among the places to visit in the area there are also Senigallia, known for its "Velvet Beach", the Riviera del Conero, with the towns of Sirolo and Numana located in the heart of the Conero Natural Park, and Urbino, a Renaissance city and UNESCO heritage site.
Among the naturalistic destinations in the area, the suggestive Frasassi Caves, underground caves with stalactites and stalagmites, the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park are worth a visit.
