Description
Our very comfortably furnished apartment with ambience on the 4th floor (elevator) with balcony, invite 2 - 4 people to a relaxing and restful vacation. The living-dining-kitchen is equipped to a high standard (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, internet, ect.). The sofa is a sofa bed, with enough space for 2 people. The bedroom with exit to the balcony has a comfortable double bed. A small room for wardrobe, suitcases ect, a bathroom with washing machine, as well as a private parking space in the residential complex, complete the comfortably furnished apartment.

Our apartment is located in the newly built "Mazowiecka Park" in Kolberg about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and city center. Several supermarkets can be reached in about 500m - 1000m.

We visited the holiday apartment for the second time this year. We enjoyed it so much last year that we wanted to come again this year in June and stayed longer. The holiday apartment is cozy. Everything is available to feel comfortable. The balcony invites you to sit comfortably. Our two children, aged 4 and 5 months, felt at home. With the elevator, we could easily bring our sleeping child in the pram into the apartment. There is also a travel cot available, which is very practical.
There are many leisure activities in and around Kolberg. We visited a magical land, an amusement park, took a boat trip, went shopping, went swimming in the sea...
There is something for everyone. We were able to communicate well in German and English. The holiday apartment is definitely recommended. And we will come back next year. Thank you very much to Mrs. and Mr. Ille for their hospitality.

Easter holiday
We spontaneously spent a week in this very nice holiday flat. Everything from the reception to the departure went smoothly. We are happy to recommend this accommodation to others (the furnishings, friendliness of the landlords and the flat, as well as the cleanliness of the apartment/apartment complex are perfect). Very nice holiday flat
We were very surprised by this holiday flat. Everything is so beautiful, modern and lovingly furnished. Warm welcome on arrival. Quiet location, away from the big hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the sea and the centre on foot in 15-20 minutes or by car/bus in a few minutes.
This was our first holiday on the Polish Baltic Sea in Kolberg. We had a very nice time there. We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat of the Ille family. We are happy to recommend it with the best conscience. Thank you very much again, we might come back at Christmas, if there is free time and we can.

First time and very happy to do it again!!!
We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. and Mr. Ille.
We (4 adults) immediately felt at home in the very well-maintained and clean holiday flat.
The modern furnishings are equipped with everything (Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
We liked the balcony, where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings.
The bus stop right in front of the park was very convenient.
We had a very good rest, we all liked it and we would like to come back.
