The villa is divided into first floor and second floor. On the first floor there is an open space with living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with private bathroom, closet and terrace, and another bedroom that also has access to the terrace. From the first floor you can go to the covered outdoor terrace, where there is an outdoor kitchen, dining area, as well as an outdoor hot tub. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a closet and an outdoor terrace of 60 m2, where you can sunbathe on deck chairs. Refresh yourself in the private pool overlooking the natural surroundings.

In the small village of Medvidici, not far from Porec, there is a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful beaches are located in Porec, 13 km from the villa, and there are also beaches in Funtana, Vrsar and Rovinj. If you want to go out to dinner with family and friends and love seafood, we recommend you to visit Rakovci village, 7 km from the villa. If you prefer to cook in the comfort of your villa, you can buy groceries in the nearby supermarket in Sv. Lovrec, which is only 2 km away from the villa. Dream vacation in House Damian.
It is a very lovingly and high-quality furnished holiday home where you feel at home immediately.
In the house, there is a lot of space due to the construction and layout of the respective rooms, where you can also easily avoid each other, even with several people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is located behind the wall in front of your bed. I personally really like that. Just a little different.
The outdoor area is also very elegant and spacious.
Arrive and feel comfortable immediately.

beautiful house in a quiet location
small grocery store reachable by car in 10 minutes, larger ones a bit further away.
It was clean, well equipped, cooking, baking, grilling all possible.
The rooms with bathrooms, dressing room, nothing was missing.
In the surrounding area beautiful restaurants, wineries, olive plantations, saw a lot of the beautiful landscape.
