The “Solskin” vacation apartment is a modernly equipped accommodation on the first floor of a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Flensburg, surrounded by green meadows. With a generous total area of 71 m², the apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two bedrooms – each with ample storage space – provide a comfortable retreat, while high-quality bed linen is provided. The apartment is ideal for families with children, as both a high chair and a cot are available. Youth groups are not permitted in this accommodation, which contributes to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The living room features a cozy sofa corner, modern seating, three digital satellite TVs with screen sizes between 35 and 44 inches, a Blu-ray player, and a radio. Large windows with privacy screens let in plenty of daylight while also offering privacy. Contemporary central heating ensures a comfortable room temperature.

The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a ceramic stove with electric oven, there is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A dining table in the dining area invites you to enjoy meals together. The initial supply of towels, bath towels, and dish towels is included; you will also find numerous cleaning and laundry accessories such as a vacuum cleaner, laundry rack, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your own use.

The modern shower room is equipped with a toilet, sink, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror. Bath towels and a starter set of toiletries are provided. A first aid kit and smoke detectors ensure additional safety. The vacation apartment offers free high-speed WiFi with speeds of 100 Mbit/s or more – ideal for working on the go. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, and pets are not allowed.

Outside, a furnished terrace with garden furniture and a private beach chair invites you to linger. The view of the countryside and the rural character of the surroundings round off the feel-good atmosphere. The accommodation offers two free private parking spaces directly at the house, making it particularly convenient to arrive by car.

The Ochsenweg (long-distance cycle path) runs right outside the door and invites you to take bike rides to the nearest beach or through the picturesque rapeseed fields of Angeln. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Förde Park, Edeka (Jarplund), Lidl, and the Team gas station. The vacation apartment offers peace and quiet in the countryside and yet is well connected to the transport network. You can reach the A7 in just 5 minutes, whether heading north or south, to the eastern bypass towards Denmark or Glücksburg.
