This magnificently renovated luxury vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of Park Horizon in Renesse, just a few steps from the center, the dunes and the beach. The house breathes a wonderful vacation atmosphere. The large steel windows make the indoor and outdoor areas blend seamlessly. The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings by the warmth and coziness of the outdoor fireplace. Of course, the barbecue is not missing.
In the bright, very tastefully decorated living room is a comfortable corner sofa and a cozy fireplace. The house has SMART TV, with which you can receive, among other things, NETFLIX (via your own account) and a variety of other channels. You can therefore feel comfortable here all year round.
In the large, generously equipped kitchen-living room there is a 5-burner gas hob, an oven, a double refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. For frahling lovers there is a Nespresso machine.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed (160x200) and ample closets. In the third bedroom, on the first floor, there is a bunk bed and a fixed wardrobe.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a sink and a toilet. On the second floor there is also a separate toilet.
The house is centrally heated. Washing machine and dryer are available. You can park on the private grounds with two cars.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the Park De Horizon is a supermarket (about 300 m.), which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighboring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for nice walking and cycling trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.
The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
