House 73 is divided differently; the kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor, the living room is on the first floor - it was a change for us with 4 people, we have adjusted. The apartment has only 1 toilet in the bathroom; instead of the sauna, a second toilet would be sensible in our opinion. In other similar houses, there is a second toilet. The shower on the ground floor is very nice.
