Comfortable living and dining room with TV and fully equipped kitchen with exit to small terrace with sea views, Bedroom No1 with 180x200cm king size bed, family bathroom No1 with shower.
Downstairs takes you to three bedrooms, all with exit to terrace with sea views. Bedroom No2 with 180x200cm king size bed and en-suite bathroom No2 with shower, Bedroom No3 with 180x200 cm king size bed, and Bedroom No4 with TV and 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be connected to a double one). Bedroom No3 and No4 have a family bathroom No3 with shower.
Upstairs takes you to a grassplot with olive trees where you have a children playground with some toys so they can enjoy in fenced area between villa and pool area which is one staircase up from here.
Pool area offers: Private , heated 8,5m x 4m pool with massage, spacious sun deck area with 8 wooden deck chairs, covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area with facilities. From pool area the sea views are incredible and opened. Enjoy evenings at pool area watching lights of Omiš and on island Brač, and since you are located in quiet, unspoiled area you will be able to enjoy your well deserved holiday.
There is an opportunity to order catering from a few restaurants, and also a possibility to order some basic food supply that owner can deliver. Both mentioned can be agreed upon with the owner upon arrival.
There are 2 parking places at private property in front of villa.
*The OUTDOOR - pool level, the 3rd floor level. The heated private pool 7m x 4m features hydro-massage and has a sophisticated led colored lighting system to enjoy the evening swims. A sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, additional 6 patio chairs and the dining table with sun-umbrellas. The sunsets from here are simply amazing and the views on the Omiš town lights, and on the island Brač in the evenings are also breathtaking.
The outdoor at the 1st floor level is located in front of the living area and offers a large wooden dining table for 12 people and a Kamado Joe grill, with panoramic sea views giving you a really nice feeling while enjoying al-fresco. There is also a lounge corner for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings or having a morning coffee with spectacular sea views. There is an outdoor table tennis at your disposal too.
* The 2nd floor ( with separate entrance) offers a spacious living area (40sqm) with comfortable sofa, TV, A/C, a panoramic window, a fully equipped kitchen (the oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, and an American style fridge freezer with an inbuilt ice making dispenser...and more), dining area with exit to a terrace with sea views, Family bathroom with a shower, toilet and a bidet, and another smaller family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a Cinema room (12sqm) with a TV, A/C, Play station, sofa (can convert into a sofa bed) and glass door to approach the pool area from this floor. There is a Bedroom NO1 (15sqm) with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C. A Bedroom No2 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C.

Location and surroundings of object
Your host Peter that lives next door will be at the property at your arrival at agreed time, and he is a full time local handyman and gardener, who is at hand to assist with anything needed during your stay absolutely respecting your privacy, and can also make nice local meals, grill or Peka (a traditional dish) together with locally produced wine for an extra fee on site. He can share with you his local knowledge of things to do and see. For trips to the beach and other local journeys, he can drive you in the villa's car for an additional fee. He also cleans the pool daily, and oversees the weekly clean and change of linen. A daily maid service is available upon request, at an extra charge.
For those who enjoy being on the water for an additional fee, the host can help you organize a boat tour to secluded bays on the island of Brac, or along the coast to Makarska and to other to historic places, to enjoy secluded restaurants and beaches.
