The villa is organized over four levels, with 500 sqm of interior space perched on a slope, providing breathtaking sea views from every room. It is a private, fenced property covering 650 sqm.
- From the main parking area, the main entrance leads into the villa, where on the top level, you find the master bedroom, No.1, with a terrace that features a hot tub (whirlpool), two deck chairs, a lounge corner, and spectacular sea views. The master bedroom itself is 30 sqm and includes a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), a TV, air conditioning, and a glass sliding door opening onto the jacuzzi terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The terrace can be shaded for privacy and comfort.
- One level below the parking area are four additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and sea views.
