Sehr schöne zentralgelegene Wohnung gleich hinterm Deich. Vom Balkon kann man bis zur See schauen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Sehr positiv finden wir, dass die Wohnung über eine eigene Garage verfügt.

Das Haus Deichkieker liegt sehr zentral zum Watten hus und Fußgängerzone. Appartement sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet wir fühlen uns sehr wohl darin, besonders der Balkon und der Blick auf das Wattenmeer bereiten uns viel Freude.

Urlaub an der Nordsee ist eigentlich immer schön. Man muss sich auf das Wetter einlassen und wir hatten ziemlich viel Glück. Büsum hat sich in der der letzten Zeit recht stark verändert und das Preisniveau ist echt heftig angezogen. Muss man aktzeptieren oder nicht. Was mir persönlich nicht gefällt sind die stark reduzierten Restaurantangebote im Kern der Stadt. Da ist vieles den "Bettenburgen" zum Opfer gefallen. Generell ist das Qualitätsniveau nicht den Preisen gefolgt (mit wenigen Ausnahmen). Was da zuweilen auf den Teller kommt ist nicht mal Systemgastronomie würdig und echt erbärmlich. Auch kann ich die Politik mit der Entsorgung von Altglas nicht nachvollziehen. Alles im äußersten Randbereich der Stadt! Wie soll da jemand ohne Fahrzeug hinkommen? Wer denkt sich den Blödsinn aus? Am Strand kann auch jeder machen was er will. Hunde auf dem Watt und auf dem allgemeinen Strandabschnitten. Fahrradfahren auf der Deichkrone. Kontrollen Fehlanzeige. An den Fussduschen liegt der Müll rum. Der allgemeine Zeitgeist ist jetzt auch in Büsum angekommen.

Hallo liebes Kähler‑Team, die Organisation war wieder einmal perfekt. Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselrückgabe lief alles reibungslos. Jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der wir Kontakt hatten, war freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach rundum angenehm. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Zusendung der Gästekarten bereits am Vortag — ein Detail, das uns den Start in den Urlaub sehr erleichtert hat. Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im April/Mai 2027. Die Wohnung „Deichpirat 2.2“ ist bereits gebucht, und wir zählen jetzt schon die Tage. Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles super geklappt. Die Zusendung der Gästekarten einen Tag vor der Anreise war sehr praktisch und hat uns die Zeit vor der Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort am Nachmittag sehr erleichtert. Die freundliche Mail, in der Sie uns mitteilten, dass Sie extra für uns die Sonne bestellt haben, hat uns besonders gefreut -, das war es eine nette Geste! We had very little contact with the other guests, actually only during brief encounters in the stairwell or on the way to the apartment in the elevator. All encounters were pleasant and unobtrusive, nice guests. As for the neighborhood, it was very pleasant and quiet! In preparation for the vacation, it can only be said that we were very enthusiastic about the entire process. From the entire booking process, the guest cards in advance, and the many tips via email. Everything was simply great and very well organized. We would gladly book our next stay with Kähler again. Great team!

The apartment 2.2 (Deichpirat) is a very nice apartment. Nothing was missing. The location is excellent. We really appreciated the notification that the apartment would be ready before the actual time (4 PM). The agency can truly be recommended. The individual garage was also great.

The booking through Kähler Rental went smoothly. Upon arrival at around 10:00 AM, the apartment was not yet ready for occupancy. However, we were immediately called when we could check in. The garage was attached to the house. Super beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Balcony with a view of the North Sea. The bathroom even had a window. Electrically operated outdoor blinds throughout the apartment. Very centrally located to the beach and the pedestrian zone. We immediately reserved for next year again.

We were already in this vacation apartment for the second time and booked again through Kähler Rentals. Everything was perfect. We particularly appreciated the convenient option to easily pick up and drop off the keys ourselves on the weekend. The information about the vacation apartment and your emails prior to the start of the holiday were also very helpful. The apartment (and the whole Deichkieker house) was absolutely clean, nothing was missing, and the garage parking spaces as well as the waste disposal were well organized. We have had very different experiences before! We were very satisfied and will definitely get back to you.

The apartment is great, but unfortunately, the walls and the couch show that some guests do not handle the owners' property very carefully. The bed linen urgently needs to be replaced (the fitted sheet and duvet cover have holes). Otherwise, it's a super apartment, top garage, excellent location, and with Kähler Rentals, we were able to handle an online booking without any issues for the first time—SUPER!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very good location. What sometimes disturbs overall in the house is the loud radio music from the hotel kitchen next door, especially on weekends early in the morning at 7 o'clock, as the window there is always tilted open. The radio is sometimes turned up so loud that you can hardly hear your own music or TV in the apartment when the balcony door is open. Since I'm an early riser, I've noticed this in all the apartments I've lived in so far in the Deichkieker house.
