Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt! Es war alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht! Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut gewesen, fussläufig war alles erreichbar!

We had a wonderful time in Büsum and in the vacation apartment. We liked the central location. We overlooked small deficiencies... We also enjoyed the sauna very much. It was a nice highlight... The apartment was bright and beautifully decorated... The staff from the Kähler office were very friendly and helpful...

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Very clean and well-maintained. From the booking, through the key handover to departure, everything was top-notch. The sauna and the view of the sea and the dike made our vacation perfect. We were not there for the last time at Deichlieker.

We encountered a very well-equipped holiday apartment, with a garage, its own small sauna, and a guest WC. The furnishings are tasteful and functional. Nothing is missing. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (an elevator is available). There is a side view of the North Sea from both sides (east and west). The support from the rental company was excellent. The only small drawback is the balcony floor. The wooden floorboards have some cracks and splintered areas (you might want to think twice about walking barefoot). The path to the main beach is relatively short and manageable. The main beach is marked by a grassy area (the beach chairs are actually on the lawn). There is another (developed) sandy beach on an artificial peninsula, a few hundred meters away. It is very loud and bustling here (a nod to Ballermann). A little further on, there is a dog beach. Büsum offers a lot: peace, hustle and bustle, shopping, sports, extensive gastronomy, depending on what you want.

During our now third visit to this vacation apartment, we were for the first time not entirely satisfied with the cleanliness. Aside from very dirty windows (which is still manageable), the baseboards were all covered in dust, which is rather unfavorable for people with dust allergies. The same applies to the headboard of the bed in the parents' bedroom. Moreover, the chairs at the dining area are now heavily soiled and stained, making them less inviting to sit on (we placed towels on the seats). The throw blanket on the armchair also had stains and dirt when we spread it out, so we could not/would not use it.
