Ich finde das die Schlüsselübergabe viel zu spät erfolgt bei einer Anreise erst um 16Uhr den Schlüssel zu bekommen ist sehr spät.Da wir mit einem pflegebedürftigen Papa gereist sind müssen wir früh losfahren um den Stau im Elbtunnel auch einbisschen zu verkürzen .
