The centerpiece of Villa Gisella is the beautiful courtyard with a pool, which offers guests relaxation in the fresh air. The heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with several lounge chairs and a comfortable couch where guests can soak up the sun, relax and enjoy their time. An outdoor shower by the pool provides additional comfort especially during the summer months. The spacious, covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, comfortable chairs, and a high-quality grill that allows the preparation of delicious meals outdoors. Every evening here becomes a special occasion to spend time with family and friends, enjoying local delicacies with a glass of Istrian wine under the starry sky.
The ground floor of the house is designed for a relaxed stay. From the main entrance, a bright hallway leads to two bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed. The first bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, TV, a desk, and a crib, ideal for families with small children. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and provides a space for rest and restful sleep. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace where guests can enjoy their coffee in the morning and admire the fresh air and green surroundings. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer, which provides additional comfort for the guests.
The upper floor of Villa Gisella is spacious and open plan. It consists of a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, which merge into a single space. The fully equipped kitchen enables the preparation of various dishes and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The dining table for six people is excellent for meals with the family. Additionally, there is an extra dining area for eight people, which leads to a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, an armchair, and a large television, allowing for relaxing evenings watching movies or spending time together.
An elegant staircase connects the upper floor with the attic, where there is a cozy, hidden room. Here, there is a workspace with a desk, laptop, and printer, where guests can find a quiet place for work or hobbies. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that provides space for two more guests, which increases the capacity of the villa. The villa is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, as well as a washer and dryer to ensure a carefree stay for the guests. For the children, there is an Xbox as well as a selection of board games and cards available to entertain them during their stay.
