Description
The villa is located in the town of Montroi, about 25 km from Valencia and its beaches. The villa is completely private (fenced) and offers parking for at least 2 cars. All necessary things for everyday life can be reached on foot (grocery store, pizzeria, cafe...). Every Monday there is a small market in the village. In Montserrat, about 3 km away, there are more shopping possibilities and restaurants. Every Wednesday there is the big market "El Cid" in Valencia City, which you can easily reach by bus from Montroi.

Arrival and departure by arrangement, but usually arrival from 4 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.
No matter what time of day or night you arrive – you have access to the house at any time with the key located in the code box at the entrance gate.
Or through the landlord/manager if they are on site.
Of course, the relevant information will be provided in good time (number of the code box / mobile number of the landlord/manager, depending on who is on site). The following additional costs are added to the rental price:
€120 for the cleaning lady
€300 deposit – The deposit will be refunded immediately upon proper return of the rental property.
30% of the rent is due upon booking confirmation and 70% at the latest 4 weeks before arrival. The rental contract to be concluded is absolutely binding for both parties and comes into effect upon receipt of the down payment.

Rest found
Thank you for the great stay. The rental process is smooth and accommodating as well as very flexible. The location has a good view and a nice private pool. Only, there was often a lot of dog barking from other houses. Would love to come again.

Beautiful vacation in Montroy
We really had a wonderfully beautiful vacation. From a fantastic breakfast on the terrace (with an incredible view), to a pleasant cooling off in the pool, to great excursions in the area, the holiday home guarantees an unforgettable vacation.
The location of the holiday home is super central for visiting attractions in Valencia or to admire nature in the Cave of the Doves (little insider tip). There is a very nice pizzeria and shopping options just a short walk away.
The hosts are super friendly and everything went perfectly. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need.
Despite a few rainy days, we were able to make ourselves really comfortable and enjoy the vacation.
Highly recommended - we will definitely come back!

Very satisfied
We were 10 plus baby, from grandma and grandpa to grandchildren, we really enjoyed it. Life was in the lower area on the chill terrace. The children built streets with the fruits of the carob tree. The pool was great. We could watch the fireworks on the last two evenings.

Pure sun
We were able to enjoy the days together with most of the family during breakfast on the terrace or while grilling in the evening. On very hot days, a trip to the nearby waterfall (about 35 km away) provided an unforgettable experience with a pleasant cooling off. The view from the holiday home is great. It is very peacefully situated and offers the opportunity for a short walk to the castle ruins (we enjoyed a sunset there). The pool provides a pleasant cooling off in the morning after getting up and also in the evening before going to sleep. The children had their fun in the pool during the day. The beach in Valencia was very clean, and we always found a free parking space. At a small traditional bakery in the village, there was always freshly baked baguette, bread, and also sweet treats.
