Description
The villa is located in the town of Montroi, about 25 km from Valencia and its beaches. The villa is completely private (fenced) and offers parking for at least 2 cars. All necessary things for everyday life can be reached on foot (grocery store, pizzeria, cafe...). Every Monday there is a small market in the village. In Montserrat, about 3 km away, there are more shopping possibilities and restaurants. Every Wednesday there is the big market "El Cid" in Valencia City, which you can easily reach by bus from Montroi.

The villa is located in the beautiful village of Montroi with the landmark Torre de Montroi which is within walking distance and offer a spectacular view especially at sunset.

Sollten wir es noch nach der Stornieung vermietet bekomme, behalten wir nur 10% des Mietpreises ein.

Arrival and departure by arrangement, but usually arrival from 4 pm and departure until 11 am.
The following additional costs are added to the rental price:
120, - € in cash on arrival for the cleaning fairy
200,00 € deposit - will be paid in cash to the landlord or administrator on the spot when the keys are handed over. The deposit will also be refunded directly in cash upon proper handover of the rental property.
Electricity is charged according to consumption with 0,29 € per Kw. The current level is read on arrival and departure together with the landlord / administrator. Consumption must be paid in cash before departure.
30% of the rent is due upon booking confirmation and 70% at the latest 4 weeks before arrival. The rental contract to be concluded is absolutely binding for both parties and comes into force upon receipt of the deposit.
The keys will be handed over on site by the landlord or administrator. Of course, the corresponding contact details will be announced in time (cell phone number of the landlord/manager, depending on who is on site).
This is a private offer, the use of the vacation home is at your own risk. We exclude warranty claims.

Relaxed days with friends and family
We were at the holiday home at the end of August, beginning of September 2023. The house was very clean. The pool is a welcome cool-down and well-maintained. Contact with the landlords was never a problem and they always responded quickly. The house is about 20km away from Valencia. For the city feeling, a rental car is always necessary. Nevertheless, it is in a nice quiet location. We were lucky to experience a village festival with fireworks. Barbecuing, long evenings, and relaxation - everything is possible.

Super vacation
Last week we had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house in a great location with amazing views. The contact with the landlord is great, they respond almost immediately to the questions we have. I would recommend this to anyone, even for families with children.
