2 bedrooms with air-conditioning and with direct access to the terrace with sea view (mattress size: 180 x 200 cm and 150 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with air-conditioning and two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm)
Kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.

The villa is designed for a total of 6 guests, 6 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs are provided
Pets are generally not allowed in the villa. The villa has an alarm system.
In the cooler season the house can be heated with the air conditioners and additionally with 3 mobile electric radiators and the fireplace in the living area - suitable for heating with wood
The bathing bay Cala Moraig can be reached in a few minutes by car, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant are nearby.

If you depart early or fail to arrive without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. With your booking documents, you will receive a link to travel insurance that we can recommend.

Well maintained and cosy house
Well-kept and cosy house and the highlight: wonderful view of the sea and the sunsets. My wife and I will remember this holiday for a long time because we spent wonderful romantic evenings there on the terrace....
