Description
The "Villa Paraiso" is located in a quiet private development (residential area) on a hill, from which you have an almost 180-degree view of the sea. The property is south-facing. From the covered terrace, you look out over the beautiful Andalusian garden with fantastic sea views in the background. This combination of a peaceful location with sea view and modern amenities invites a relaxed stay. Our guest apartment is lovingly equipped with many essential utensils that contribute to an immediate sense of well-being for a self-catering stay for 2 people (max. 3rd person for an additional €15.00/night). It consists of an open living/kitchen area (with air conditioning), bathroom, and separate bedroom (with air conditioning).
In the living area, the cozy sofa corner (L-shape) with a small side table invites you to read, relax, or simply watch TV. The sofa can be easily converted into a comfortable sofa bed for a third person with just two simple steps. (Dimensions: 140x200 cm). It has an additional integrated bed box, in which bedding or similar items can be quickly stored. The kitchen counter with granite top and integrated 2-zone ceramic hob + separate oven offers enough space to prepare Mediterranean delicacies yourself. You will find in the lower/upper cabinets and drawers a fully equipped kitchen interior with complete tableware, various pots and pans, baking/casserole dishes, bowls, colander, salad spinner, hand blender/puree stick, as well as dish towels and storage containers. The refrigerator has a large 3*** freezer compartment and a vegetable drawer. From the kitchen counter and the opposite square wooden table, you have a view of and direct access to the terrace, the garden, and the pool. All windows and glass doors are triple-glazed and equipped with shutters. All windows in the apartment are fitted with permanently installed fly screens. On the spacious terrace (approx. 16 sqm), the high-back chairs offer comfortable seating at the table or, with additional footstools, can be converted into a recliner. Additionally, there is an individually adjustable sun lounger. In addition to the fixed terrace roof, a large sunshade and side-mounted sun protection curtains provide extra shade depending on the position of the sun.
The bedroom (with air conditioning) has 2 comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) with cold foam/latex mattresses, which can be combined into a double bed upon request. Each bed has its own bedside lamp and storage space. The wardrobe offers enough space with hanging options using clothes hangers and storage shelves. The small bathroom with a window is optimally and functionally designed. It features a spacious walk-in shower with a glass partition, toilet, washbasin with a side power outlet. In the vanity unit with 2 large drawers you will find a hairdryer, cosmetic/magnifying mirror, and various possibly necessary cosmetic/hygiene items. Integrated wall/shelf compartments and a shelf provide space for a toiletry bag and towels.
In the small hallway between the bathroom and bedroom, there is a large three-door wardrobe that offers plenty of space as a coat closet and for storage. In the side section, a wall-mounted safe as well as beach towels, cleaning utensils, etc. are stored.
In the outdoor area, the shared pool (8x4 m) invites you to cool off. The pool terrace "Titanic" offers a view far across the sea to the horizon. Relaxing chairs and a sunshade invite you to enjoy a sundowner or simply to relax.
NOTE: Due to the current water shortage in Spain, especially Andalusia, we cannot currently estimate whether we will be able to keep the pool open during the summer/autumn months. We ask for your understanding!

The "Villa Paraiso" consists of two building complexes. In the front one is the apartment, which is suitable for a quiet, relaxing holiday. In the adjoining house behind, we live ourselves. Due to the hillside location, you have an almost 180° view of the Mediterranean and of the Bay of Málaga up to Fuengirola. On clear days, the mountains of the Rif range in Morocco can be seen. For a visit to the beach, our guests have sunshade + beach chairs at their disposal. A rental car is recommended!

Beautiful
Hello Dodo, hello Raid,
we really liked the holiday apartment. Everything was just as described and somehow even nicer. :-) We enjoyed our stay with you very much and also recovered well. Your garden and everything around it, including the pool, is just beautiful. We often think of the vacation, which was perfect. Unfortunately, everyday life has caught up with us again. Perfect place to rest!
It is a house where the hosts live with two separate apartments for rent. Our apartment was on the ground floor, the second is on the first floor. Our apartment was prepared for two or three people for convinient stay. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen corner. Outside you can find spacious, private terrace with table and chairs were you can eat. Just a few steps from the terrace, in the garden, there is a swimming pool. Water in it is clean and has very pleasant temperature - cooling but not cold. The are also sunbeds and sunumbrellas to give you some shade.
The house is situated on the quite steppy hill, so we suggest this płace for people with a car. You can park your car in the surroundings of a house.
Apartment is very well equipped - you can find there everything you need for your comfort, including even chairs and sunumbrellas which you can take to the beach.
The hosts are really welcoming and helpful and in the same time they give you privacy to spend your time peacefully.
In one word, I would say it is a place with heart and soul were you can really rest from everyday life. I recommend it strongly!

A little paradise
The apartment is perfect for a couple with all the necessary equipment as well as air conditioning. A large terrace where we were able to have all our meals both in the morning and in the evening with a view of the Mediterranean Sea in perfect tranquility. Dodo and Raid do an exceptional job of giving their home a little taste of paradise, particularly in the garden that borders the pool and along the small access path that leads to it. Everything has been designed for the peace and relaxation of the guests. (Shade sail over the pool).

Welcome to Villa Paraiso! in 2007 we discovered the eastern Costa del Sol and its small region called "Axarquia" (the Eastern), where the coastal town of Benajarafe is located. Its location provided a good starting point to combine all the activities of a varied vacation. Located directly on the sea, with a very long and wide beach, without tourist strongholds and only 25 km east of Málaga. So easily accessible by plane and with an urban appealing life. In addition, the most beautiful hiking areas of southern Europe with a partly unique variety of fauna and flora, and with the most famous cultural sites all in the immediate vicinity to make a day trip there in 2013 we were able to acquire the "Villa Paraiso" and with a lot of heart and sweat have created from the former two houses the present apartment house and our own residence So ....schlicht and simply a place where it is good to live, work and vacation. Let yourself be fascinated by the "so different" world, where time and clocks have their own beat. Still Europe, but Africa is already close enough to touch with the naked eye. A cultural potpourri - of past and present, of history and modernity, of Orient and Occident - just like the two of us who have been living this harmonious coexistence for more than three decades. uns hat die Ferienwohnung super gefallen. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben und irgendwie noch schöner. :-) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei euch sehr genossen und uns auch sehr gut erholt. Euer Garten und das ganze drumherum incl. Pool einfach nur schön. Wir denken oft an den Urlaub, der perfekt war. Leider hat der Alltag uns schon wieder eingeholt. Wir wünschen euch alles Liebe und noch ganz viele Gäste :-)))!

Dodo et Raid on réalise un travail exceptionnel pour donner à leur maison un petit goût du paradis notamment dans le jardin qui borde la piscine et le long du petit chemin d'accès qui y mène.
Tout a été pensé pour le calme et la relaxation des hotes. ( Voile d'ombrage sur la piscine).
Bref merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte uns super gefallen - es gibt alles, was man braucht!
Der Pool und Garten sind super schön und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich!
Die Urlaubsvorfreude begann bereits mit der Buchung :
-total unkompliziert mit den Eigentümern in Kontakt gekommen.
-keine umständlichen Buchungswege über irgendwelche Portale
Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und extrem sauber.
Von der Terrasse aus blickt man über den Ort hinweg, auf`s Meer :-).
Wir empfehlen Jedem diese schöne Unterkunft, auf diesem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde,
größer die Zahl der Mitbewerber um ein knappes Gut! Ich bitte deshalb, Anfragen für die kommende Wintersaison, mit meiner Frau, unserem Hund und mir, im Vorfeld abzusprechen.
Spaß beiseite , die Tränen sind getrocknet.
Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit bei und mit Dodo und Raid gehabt und hätten gerne noch ein zweites Mal verlängert.
Von Anfang bis Ende ein harmonischer Aufenthalt in paradiesischer Atmosphäre bei wirklich netten Gastgebern.
Wir kommen, wenn es die Gesundheit zulässt, wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr(!) gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da! Das gilt für die Küche, das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer. Auch eine gemütliche Sofaecke mit TV ist vorhanden. Diese haben wir aber eigentlich gar nicht genutzt, weil die große Dachterrasse mit bequemen Stühlen traumhaft ist. Oft wehte ein kühlender Wind vom Meer.
Der Pool im wunderschönen Garten hat unser sehr gefallen.
Dodo und Raid waren sehr zugewandt, hilfsbereit und sehr liebe sowie aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten, haben uns die beiden weiter geholfen.
Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Schöner geht es nicht.
