Description
You can expect a very comfortably furnished, beautiful house with exceptional and tasteful furnishings. It is located very quietly on a one-way street without through traffic. There are 2 terraces, one of which is large on the second floor. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea. Sometimes you can hear the soft sound of the surf of the sea. If it should be a bit chilly, you can make yourself comfortable in the integrated winter garden. From there you can access the lower terrace and the small garden with barbecue area
On the bright first floor there is a shower room, a bedroom, the living area with an open large modern new fitted kitchen with bar, fully equipped. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are plentiful. A large refrigerator as well as a freezer, microwave oven, oven, 3-plate hobs, espresso and coffee machine are also part of the equipment. Of course, there is also a washing machine that can be used on site for a fee. Tenants who like to cook will appreciate our large and well-equipped kitchen
In the integrated winter garden there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. The sofa (ottoman) is extendable and provides sleeping space for two more people
One bedroom is on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, from which you can go directly to the terrace. The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed of 1.80 x 2 m from Germany. The bed has separate mattresses. Both rooms have large built-in wardrobes. To the bedroom belongs a separate toilet with sink.
All beds in the bedrooms are at least 190 x 80 m for each person. Comfort occupancy is given up to four people. There is room for a maximum of six people. The entire house is equipped with tile or laminate floors.
The house is habitable all year round.
