The flat is located on the 1st floor (lift available) of a four-family house. The other flats are occupied by
inhabited by the family . The cosy holiday flat has 65 m2 and room for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a big boxspring bed 1,80 ×2,00 +TV,second bedroom with 2 boxspring beds 90×2,00 +TV . Our little holidaymakers are also very welcome, a cot and high chair are available
The open, modern kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment as well as coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, microwave, dishwasher

a shower, WC and washbasin (hairdryer available) and towels included. The flat has underfloor heating and electric blinds in all rooms. A balcony (west side) invites to enjoy the sun or for barbecue evenings / electric grill available. The flat is barrier-free and can also be used by wheelchair users. The city centre is within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) with several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, banks and grocery shops. Also the Apollo cinema with the latest films.

The holiday home is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. A cycle path of a large Münsterland cycle path network is just around the corner. It leads through the hills of the Teutoburg Forest or into the flat park landscape of the Münsterland and sights in the surrounding area. The railway +bus station with hourly train connections to Osnabrück, Rheine and Münster is just a few minutes' walk away.
