A beautiful modern and at the same time in the classic style of the Pilion houses built holiday house in the middle of a quiet, small holiday settlement, which in turn is situated in an enchanting olive grove below the mountain village of Ano Gatzea. The many outdoor spaces of the house including a small private olive garden invite you to read and relax. The house is ideal for a family with two or more children or for two couples with or without children, as the two sleeping chairs in the upper living room can be used as additional beds. However, the house can also be used separately, once as a small studio in the lower area and as a larger upper living area.

In 350 metres you reach a secluded little bathing bay and in about 2 kilometres walk through the olive grove you come to the charming Kato Gatzea with numerous tavernas, cafés and bars. Hiking trails lead from the house into the fascinating mountain landscape of the Pelion. You can also explore the picturesque mountain villages by bike (e-bike rental in Kala Nera) or enjoy the view on Saturday and Sunday with the narrow-gauge railway.
