High quality and modern furnished house, 85 sqm living space, 3 separate bedrooms, separate toilet, beautiful garden plot with sufficient privacy, approx. 500 sqm large. Wlan included. Cable TV, large smart TV. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other two are on the second floor. A freshly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet are also on the first floor.
Very family friendly park. On sunny days you can relax in the garden furniture on the open terrace.In the immediate vicinity you and your family will find everything you need for a nice vacation. In the vacation park you can play mini golf, table tennis and bowling and rent bicycles. For the children there is a nice outdoor playground and an indoor playground. Next to the vacation park there is an adventure climbing park (fee required). If you want to swim, you only need to walk about 150 m to the lake with a sandy beach and spacious sunbathing areas
In the nearby surroundings there are nice excursion possibilities: The 2000 year old city of Nijmegen with its historic city center is 10 km away, the gardens of Appeltern (7 km) and the Kasteel Hernen ( 2 km).

Vacation home review
The house is modern and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to make the beds myself with the freshly washed bedding and towels that were provided. WiFi and a flat screen are available. Recommended for families with children and/or dogs, as the entire property is fenced. The owner was very helpful and very nice on the phone.

Easter holiday with dog
All in all, highly recommended. Very quiet and the garden is completely fenced for the dog. The only thing that could be improved are the hard mattresses.
