Villa Neval is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Sveti Vid Dobrinjski in the centre of the island of Krk. Although you are far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you are still close to everything. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, which ensures absolute privacy. Villa Neval is a traditional stone house, over 100 years old, which has been completely renovated with exceptional flair and detail. It is modernly equipped and offers you everything you need for a peaceful holiday. The property consists of a holiday home, a summer kitchen, two swimming pools with terrace and covered parking.
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is an open space with kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair from where you can comfortably watch a smart TV with SAT programmes or just enjoy the cosy get-together. The dining room is equipped with a dining table. The kitchen offers all the comforts of a home kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, WC, towels and a hairdryer.
The stairs lead you to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, extra single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the first floor. Villa can accommodate 5 people.
Next to the villa, two pools await you. The first smaller one is for children and flows into a larger one. Larger pool is for swimming and enjoying. There are sun loungers on the terrace to relax in the sun's rays. The covered part of the terrace offers a large dining set and a summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is a special part of Villa Neval that allows you to enjoy a particularly nice get-together with good food. A gas grill and cooker, a spacious counter with sink and running water are available for food preparation.
The entire house is air-conditioned and has access to Wi-Fi internet. A washing machine is available in the house. Your car is also taken care of. There is also a covered parking space for your car.
During their stay, guests will have many opportunities to relax and spend their free time, such as enjoying the outdoor pool, sunbathing on the sun loungers, relaxing on the covered outdoor terrace next to the house, while the children can play on the large fenced property. Guests can also explore the many bike paths or explore the gourmet delights of the nearby farms and taste top wines. Explore the surroundings of Krk and taste famous local wines, local extra virgin olive oils and local cheeses. For those who want an active holiday, there are many hiking and cycling trails in the area.
