Description
Our holiday home for up to 4 people, newly opened in 2022, is located in Dallgow-Döberitz in a quiet side street and is available for your holiday all year round. From here you can explore many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, as well as in Berlin and Potsdam.
Facilities:
The holiday home has a usable area of 55m² and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower at ground level. From the hallway at the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor with another bedroom. On this floor is the second toilet of the holiday home. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is protected from view by large hedges and has a sunny south-west orientation.
Arrival by e-car
As a charging option, an electric connection that can only be used by you is available directly in your parking space at the holiday home. For this, you will need an adapter specific to your vehicle for a high-voltage connection or normal socket.

| The rental price for 2 persons is 100 € per night. Each additional person € 25. If you book 7 nights, you will only be charged for 6 nights. Children up to 6 years have free accommodation and children from 7 to 14 years are charged 15 € per night. The minimum stay is 3 nights. After booking a deposit of 20% is required. The balance is to be paid together with the deposit of € 100 on arrival at the holiday home in cash or by EC card. When using the charging facility for electric vehicles, the actual electricity consumption will be charged. For this purpose, the electricity meter is documented together on arrival and at the end of your stay. The price per kW/h is currently calculated at 0.38 €. |

Great autumn vacation !!!!!
We had a very nice vacation in the Lanz family's holiday house. We didn't miss anything. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. The Lanz family was kind and very accommodating when we had questions. Shopping facilities and restaurants were easy to reach. Overall, we were thrilled and would love to come back.

: A thoroughly successful vacation.
We had a wonderful vacation in this holiday home. The Lanz family is simply fantastic and so kind and helpful, which is very rare to find in today's time.
The accommodation is new, sparkling clean and was large enough for us as a couple. You could avoid each other when you wanted to. Watching different TV programs in the evening would be possible and is certainly appreciated by many.
The ventilation system in the house is a real highlight, as mosquitoes and other pests were kept out. We found the constant climate to be very pleasant.
The bathroom downstairs in the house was large enough, even a washing machine has its place there, which we also used. The upper bedroom is equipped with a toilet and a small sink. In addition, there was a small seating area upstairs.
The kitchen was well equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave with grill function, coffee machine, 2 hotplates, kettle and toaster. There was sufficient crockery and cutlery available.
Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to have breakfast outside in the morning. Other than that, you can sit there comfortably and end the evening.
The parking lot for the vehicle on the enclosed property was also great. Just like the storage options for our e-bikes. Charging option for electric cars was available.
There are shopping facilities and a restaurant within walking distance.
What should not go unmentioned are the things that we do not take for granted. Coffee, tea as well as instant coffee, dishwasher tabs, detergent and household towels were for free use. Towels and bath towels in sufficient numbers as well as beds made with bed linen. Everything was included in the rental price.
All in all, we were completely satisfied and would like to thank these great landlords again for the vacation rescue.

Superb accommodation
Our family (2 adults and 2 children) was offered a beautiful, new holiday home with 2 bedrooms on 2 levels. In the upstairs bedroom there is another toilet, so that even 4 adults can stay together.
The accommodation is tastefully and modernly furnished, just as you would furnish it yourself. Everything was tip-top clean!
There is also a small outdoor area, which we unfortunately could not use due to the weather.
The Lanz family is absolute sugar, and they are always there to help with tips and advice!
This accommodation is absolutely recommendable!
