The apartment was quite nice, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and picturesque, which makes access to hiking trails easier. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better. Overall, a pleasant experience.

During our stay, we found the apartment very comfortable and well-maintained. The beds were cozy and the bathroom spacious. It is a bit far from the hustle and bustle, which was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the local dining options nearby, especially Laasenhof for a nice dinner.

This place is a real hidden gem! The apartment was charming and clean, and the garden was perfect for enjoying the fresh air. My partner and I loved the peace and quiet of the location. We also took a steamboat trip on the Elbe, which was fantastic. We would gladly return!

Spacious and well-equipped, this apartment was an excellent base for our family trip. The children loved the outdoor playground, and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a separate living space to relax at the end of the day. We also visited the Königstein fortress, which was just a few minutes' drive away - a highlight!

The apartment in Weißig is an incredible environment! Super spacious and cozy, plus the garden is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Close to the Königstein fortress, which is a must-see place. I will definitely return!

We had such a lovely time in this apartment! It was super spacious, and we felt at home. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking after a full day of hiking easy. The location is ideal, close to the Königstein fortress and the Saxon Switzerland National Park, which we loved exploring. The garden was a perfect place to relax with a book in the evening. The only suggestion would be to add some more pots and pans in the kitchen. Overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment in Weißig! The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Saxon Switzerland. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. I am totally obsessed with this place! The kitchen is fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for my streaming needs. The host was also super chill. If you are in love with nature, the hiking trails are right there. A total win!

It was a beautiful apartment with a lovely garden. We spent our mornings sipping coffee outside while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The nearby Königstein fortress was a highlight of our trip.

+ Very nice landlord + very good quality + very good starting point for a walk on the rough stone - this is a fantastic -mittelschwere- hike, necessarily visit the inn -) +/- only about 1 km to the train station and ferry Rathen / this is about 100 km altitude (goes back to it so neatly uphill) +/- restaurant in about 150 m distance / the hotel restaurant (nothing for the smaller purse) TIP Cycling only really trained cyclists or e-biker no shopping within easy walking (even baker) - main house is located on the busy main road which has unfortunately led to quite considerable noise pollution in particular on the occasion of taking place during our vacation rail replacement transport. The road is small in the sense of narrow but in the summer months, the only passable road link to Rathen (rock stage, etc). The Elberandweg between Rathen and Königstein is out of season accessible by car, released in the summer months, but only for residents, Attention is also regularly checked by the police - bus stop in place yet, unfortunately, but this is only 1-2 times per day

Owner met 2 times, there can be enough information krijgen.Omgeving is beautiful especially at a temp. of 34 degrees. There are plenty of places to visit eg shopping Dresden and Dresden Fortress (30 min drive), Chemnitz has nice shops, Meissen enSachsische Schweiz one must visit the Bastei one must have good mobility problems because of many trappen.Het was a fantastic holiday .

The area, near (1 km from the foot-bicycle ferry across) the Elbe. Around panoramic views, woods and on the outskirts of the Saxon Switzerland with charming villages and many hiking and cycling climbing opportunities. The baroque city of Dresden, the surroundings with beautiful (to the public) parks with palaces, castles and (Baroque) churches to coast and variety. Trips by steamer on the Elbe and / or (narrow-) train through the Ore Mountains offer come in many variations. Also, Poland and the Czech Republic easily accessible. Particularly hospitable family, beautiful region. The hostess has created a folder with all the attractions nearby, where we have lots of helpful tips gepuurd. There is lots to see and do nearby in the neighborhood, and also cities like Dresden (30min) and Prague (1:30) as daytrip to do.
