The village Weißig lies nestled in the heart of Saxon Switzerland in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, above the health resort Rathen, and is a central starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The bright, fully furnished apartment is located in a listed residential building on a three-sided farm in Saxony. Wind down in the garden after an active, eventful day. Garden furniture and a barbecue area are at your disposal. The apartment's central location is ideal for excursions into the surrounding area. Recommended destinations: Steamboat trip on the Elbe with the "Weiße Flotte", Königstein Fortress, Rathen Natural Open Air Stage, Pirna, Schandau, Dresden or Meißen.

Holiday DE01796-02 is upstairs. The simple stay, living room and bedrooms were big enough, good beds (slept) despite high temp. The kitchen is almost complete, pity there is no wave is present. Owner met 2 times, there can be enough information krijgen.Omgeving is beautiful especially at a temp. of 34 degrees. There are plenty of places to visit eg shopping Dresden and Dresden Fortress (30 min drive), Chemnitz has nice shops, Meissen enSachsische Schweiz one must visit the Bastei one must have good mobility problems because of many trappen.Het was a fantastic holiday .

The apartment is very quiet and offers a great view of the Königstein. The owner are very friendly and courteous. Everything you need fürveinen great holiday, is available. Struppen is a bit away from the crowds, this one has peace. Dresden is but half an Dtunde reachable.The pavement in the yard is pretty bumpy. One must be careful with the car.

The two-week stay in the apartment - Struppen, Weißig 6 - was pleasant, the quality of the accommodation was in line with the price. We had 4 people with the simplest booked. The area, near (1 km from the foot-bicycle ferry across) the Elbe. Around panoramic views, woods and on the outskirts of the Saxon Switzerland with charming villages and many hiking and cycling climbing opportunities. The baroque city of Dresden, the surroundings with beautiful (to the public) parks with palaces, castles and (Baroque) churches to coast and variety. Trips by steamer on the Elbe and / or (narrow-) train through the Ore Mountains offer come in many variations. Also, Poland and the Czech Republic easily accessible. Particularly hospitable family, beautiful region. The hostess has created a folder with all the attractions nearby, where we have lots of helpful tips gepuurd. There is lots to see and do nearby in the neighborhood, and also cities like Dresden (30min) and Prague (1:30) as daytrip to do.

+ Very nice landlord + very good quality + very good starting point for a walk on the rough stone - this is a fantastic -mittelschwere- hike, necessarily visit the inn -) +/- only about 1 km to the train station and ferry Rathen / this is about 100 km altitude (goes back to it so neatly uphill) +/- restaurant in about 150 m distance / the hotel restaurant (nothing for the smaller purse) TIP Cycling only really trained cyclists or e-biker no shopping within easy walking (even baker) - main house is located on the busy main road which has unfortunately led to quite considerable noise pollution in particular on the occasion of taking place during our vacation rail replacement transport. The road is small in the sense of narrow but in the summer months, the only passable road link to Rathen (rock stage, etc). The Elberandweg between Rathen and Königstein is out of season accessible by car, released in the summer months, but only for residents, Attention is also regularly checked by the police - bus stop in place yet, unfortunately, but this is only 1-2 times per day

There were six (including 2 babies) in the apartment and had enough space for all. the creaking beds were mainly in the first night a problem for the small - we had فج rlegt to sleep while standing ... \\ r \\ ndafür one but was spoiled sunrise every morning with the lily on stone. \\ R \\ nthe something defective k ࿌ henausstattung what bowls and knives were concerned, we have thanks to the numerous but pots can manage well. overall it was a wonderful few days at the turn of the year, is in an environment to explore well also with the pram.

Had a great stay with these people. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean apartments. Lots to do in the area, a beautiful nature. Something for everyone. Dresden is not far, city with a rich history and plenty of attractions.

Apartment in a building in which the owner of the house lives. They arrived early in the back to bring children to school and to go, which did not contribute to the holiday feeling. Themselves to work It is a net, spacious apartment with excellent facilities.
