Description
The FW is well insulated and offers space for a maximum of 4 people. In the bedroom (double bed) there is the possibility to set up a cot. In the attic, 1 mattress (2 m x 0.90 m) provides a sleeping place. In the rear hallway, a cot can serve as a sleeping place, if necessary also the sofa in the living room.
The kitchen and living room are open.
The kitchen is equipped with a freezer/fridge combination, an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
In the living room there is a sitting area, sofa, and television.
Upstairs there is a separate room with 2 single beds. This can be booked additionally upon request.
On the property there is a covered sitting area, an outdoor table group, a pool (from May to September), as well as an outdoor sauna with wood heating.

Welcome to our house with the charm of age, under the care of the goddess Demeter with her cheerful companions. Our house with 2 holiday apartments is located in a quiet area at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg.
A good starting point for hikes, cycling tours, as well as visits to castles and palaces and sights. Our house on the way to the Rauenstein is situated right at the edge of the forest and is therefore an ideal starting point to explore and discover the impressive landscape of Saxon Switzerland. The quiet location of our house offers the best conditions for a restful and relaxing holiday.
From here you can discover both the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the historic old town of Pirna or the art and culture city of Dresden. All of this is easily accessible by car, train, bicycle, or boat.
The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" (about 30 min. to Dresden), the ferry dock, and the Elbe cycle path are about 500 m away.
There are also rental stations for bicycles and inflatable boats here.
The leisure pool in Stadt Wehlen is about 800 m away.

The municipality charges a fee for a mobile guest tax of 2.80 €/day/adult and 2.00 €/day/child. This amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival and also includes the free use of all public transportation (suburban trains, ferries, buses) in the district.
