This new holiday home is only approx. 2 km away from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and the white sand dunes of "Chia". Absolutely quietly located in nature on a 5,000 square meter Mediterranean property, we rent a generously furnished separate house on the 1st floor all year round with a beautiful distant sea view.
This holiday villetta offers occupancy for a maximum of 4 adults (extra bed for 1 small child is possible) and is divided as follows:
2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen and fireplace - 1 bath with shower/toilet/bidet - wonderfully furnished terrace with a distant view of the sea - garden with a green area and a barbecue.
Facilities: washing machine - clothesline - large fridge with freezer compartment - air conditioning - stereo system - toaster - TV-SAT system with video - barbecue area with garden furniture - outdoor shower - parking spaces directly at the house.

The region around "Domus de Maria" CHIA (approx. 1,400 inhabitants) is situated in a growing area with a rich selection of home-grown fruit and vegetables - the delicious figs, grapes and honey are very popular with tourists. There are plenty of leisure activities on offer throughout the area (horse riding, surfing, boat trips, golf, tennis etc...) and excellent restaurants will spoil you with delicious Sardinian menus. The idyllic tourist resort of PULA is about 25 minutes away by car. To the capital Cagliari about 50 km. From Olbia approx. 3.5 hours by car.
