In the 45m² thatched holiday home / non-smoking, designed for 2-4 people, you will find a cosy combined living / cooking and dining area with parquet flooring. The holiday home has a sunny, partly covered terrace with parasol and garden furniture, and there is a washing line at the side of the house.
The integrated kitchenette is complete with ceramic hob, oven, built-in microwave, fridge with ice compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other practical helpers as well as the attached dining table and 4 chairs.
The cosy sofa set, wooden chests of drawers, coffee table, flat-screen TV, small hi-fi compact system with radio, CD and USB complete the living area. WLAN is not available.
Via a steep wooden staircase leading out of the living area, you will find the bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with 2 separate beds and bedside cabinets. One room is equipped with a highboard and clothes rack. A toddler up to 3 years of age can also be accommodated free of charge in a travel cot. Dogs are not allowed.
The large windows in the living area have vertical blinds to protect you from outside view, the other windows have internal blinds. In the sleeping area, fly screens are also installed in the windows.
The tiled shower room is equipped with a ground-level real glass shower, washbasin, illuminated mirror cabinet, WC and a towel radiator.
A parking space is included in the gated car park.
