Arrival went a bit laborious because hostess was not present and have not seen her the whole weekend. But our stay was nothing to complain about.

Very pleasant and spacious house in a beautiful setting. Absolutely recommended. Only cookware is somewhat limited for 25 persons (eg pots, pans, chopping boards, corkscrew).

Nice surroundings, nice quiet. perfect setting for a party of extreme croquet. Good places for nice beer breweries.

The accommodation was very spacious. (living, dining room, kitchen huge space). Beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling (very hilly). Sadly some details for those who want to prepare their own meals (kitchen accessories very limited) but with a very wide range of plates, cutlery, glasses and bags. A starter kit Wc paper would also be desirable.

On arrival we missed the personal contact, there was no one present to give any explanation at the house. (eg information folder house and surroundings) Accommodation The house was clean on arrival. However, we missed a bread knife, corkscrew, cheese slicer in the kitchen. The small pedal buckets were missing in the bedroom with bathroom.

Everything was as described. The accommodation was great, unfortunately not everything worked. In a bathroom the hose of the shower was broken. In the large bath the jacuzzi did not work. But these were only small things, we felt very comfortable and would book the object again at any time.

I do not recommend anyone to book this villa !!! On arrival we were told that someone lives in the villa. That it is supposedly mandatory !!! I have never experienced anything like this !! There was not 1 person but at least 3 !! Cars constantly passed around the villa, from one gate to the other .. ???! Once again I have never experienced anything like this before! First evening we sat outside and the owner came screaming to us with the message that Noise disturbance! We can hardly whisper! She didn't even have the ways to politely converse. Threatened to call us police, but of course she didn't because there was no noise !!! The villa itself was provided with nothing, if you would like to go to the toilet on arrival, there was not even toilet paper, no soap !! Nothing !!! Ridiculous all around, everyone is warned that this villa was anything but a pleasant experience!

It is a beautiful villa with a beautiful garden. The upper floor could be decorated so much better! Many rooms, but few shower options for such a large group! The bathroom with large bath could be converted into space with at least 6 showers! The top floor should also have some showers, since people sleep there with 8 people!

It was a very nice big house. Glad we had arranged BBQ / catering ,. because the kitchen is not really equipped to cook for 25 people. Furthermore perfect stay for large group of adults.

An adventure to enter such a beautiful country house for the first time, the guidance by phone went well, no physical contact, but that was not a problem because the road turned itself in. The accommodation was really beautiful, both internally and the surroundings ( neat lawn, clean house, bird concerts and swimming fish in ponds.) Children and grandchildren enjoyed it.Various hiking tours undertaken, excellent map maps of the area in the woning.Melige fireplace with sufficient wood in stock.

Had a great weekend in Brakel. Nice and spacious house with all the necessary amenities and perfectly located. Some minus that I can find is some odor from the basement. Probably from a stock impregnated wood.

Beautiful location, beautiful home and everything is there. As a house with surrounding nature is definitely a aanrader! It is a house for 25 people but keep in mind that no noise may be made (and there is the owner - sufficient control is carried out!)! A bit difficult as it is for 25 people and it is of course the intention that you want to fully enjoy the beautiful garden where the sound reverberates ....

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. The ground floor with living and open kitchen provides all the possibilities to enjoy a top stay together with a whole group. The view from the villa is top with the ponds, trees and this from a large terrace. The rooms are almost all equipped with the necessary comfort and the Flemish Ardennes naturally invite you to many walks and beautiful panoramas.

Beautiful rolling nature with beautiful trees and relaxing ponds. The villa was perfectly polished and the furniture was really great. Beautiful unique location to enjoy, to be together and to discover in a very spacious villa.

We really enjoyed our family weekend in Brakel! Super location and very quiet location. After arrival we had very quick contact with the owner to receive the key. Everything went as planned. The house is very luxuriously furnished and met our expectations. Since there was also a less mobile person present, it was a pity that there was no bathroom or sink in the bedrooms on the ground floor. This makes the stay less suitable for wheelchair users or disabled visitors. Also the lack of mirrors above the washbasins was a small minus, everything was in perfect order.We enjoyed the garden and the omgeving.Mooie Natuurpunt-walk made and also visited Geraardsbergen.

Het vakantiehuis is rustig en mooi gelegen in de Vlaamse Ardennen. From tuin is goed onderhouden to binnenin was alles kraaknet. From foto's op de website weerspiegelen de realiteit. Echter, we raden toekomstige potentiële huurders ten stelligste af om het huis af te te te een voor een grote groep, feest, team building event, ... het is namelijk zo dat de buren bij het minste gelach muzieknoot aan de deur staan. Wij hadden een BBQ georganiseerd en het mooie weer liet ons toe om buiten te dineren. Al snel kregen we polie over vloer in ook of volgende dag organizerden we gezelschapsspelen in tuin waarna we een boze telefoon ontvangen hebben van de eigenares die ermee dreigde ons buiten te zetten terwijl het nog geen 22.00 was. Said is niet aanvaardbaar en zou veel beter gecommuniceerd moeten worden op voorhand .--
