Beautiful walks in quiet surroundings. Ellezelles definitely worth the witch walk with kids! Afterwards, sit in the lovely jacuzzi. Children romp in the woods! Interior fantastic job!

Beautiful villa to stay in. Very sorry that it was not clean. This is especially unpleasant in the kitchen: a glass with mold in it, mold in the coffee maker, ... We had to wash everything before use, which I personally don't really think is something to do on holiday. There was no toaster or tea pot, which we missed. The beds were properly made, but the rooms had a lot of cobwebs. The BBQ was dirty, we also had to wash it before use. The hot tub was also dirty so that's an asset not really usable. There was dirt in the garden: an old tile, a bag of sand, ... scattered everywhere. The small house smells very musty and is even less well maintained than the villa. On arrival we should find the key in the "key safe". After a real search, that turned out to be the statue on the windowsill. We enjoyed the area but we camped in a villa.

When we arrived, there was a container filled with household waste right next to the front door (garbage bags) left by previous tenants. What a welcome! We had to call the person in charge to come and have the container. What was done the day after our arrival. The remark was rather badly taken by the referent and did not want to take us any more in communication whereas then we had a problem of leak at the first use of the lava -dishes. There was water everywhere in the scullery and kitchen. She no longer answered either my number or that of my companion. picked up and had someone sent, the owner?... The latter just told us to run the dishwasher again and let him know if the problem reoccurred and that he would then send a technician. There was also a parasol on the terrace (facing south) unusable, the base broken and the parasol torn. There was also perhaps a lack of garden furniture (deckchair style) for lounging in the sun. It was not clear from the point of view of cleanliness and the jacuzzi had not been checked either between the two rentals. And there, okay, that we users, check during the stay to keep it clean but it is not up to us to clean it on first use. The interior condition of the house is more than shabby: peeling paint, knocks in the woodwork, doors, walls, cobwebs everywhere, rubbish under the beds... In the kitchen, there was a lot of dirt in the stove ventilation grilles. I find that the asking price is more than overrated, it is a thousand euros above the price. There was no one to welcome us on our arrival and give us explanations and no one on our departure either. The few explanations found are in Dutch. We had three days of good weather and with the whole family the wonderful walk done T5 departing spot, visited the Wall of Geraardsbergen and many enjoyed the large hot tub and look together to the TV screen over.

Very charming house, with a beautiful location and a great garden. Not recommended for older people and tall people. Some showers are so low and small that you can't wash yourself "normally". The house was not clean, old cobwebs in the windows, mold in some cups to name just two examples. In two rooms there was a lack of curtains or in other rooms the blinds did not function. Shower on the third floor cannot be ventilated, there was mold on the screen and the occasional unbelievable stench came out. Toilets and bathrooms cannot be locked. We personally found the mattresses very soft, although this is probably a matter of taste. Now that I read older reviews, the dishwasher has not worked for a long time. Not even now. Washing dishes for 14 people is not really my feeling of vacation ;-) The arcade in the basement could not really be used, no table football. Too few umbrellas on the terrace and no sun loungers. And the bbq was downright filthy. In short, it was just not it. I have also written this to our contact person, but no response has been received.Our contact person was also very friendly, there was nothing to criticize.I also think it is important for Belvilla to inspect houses, especially given the amount for the rent such a house.

Beautiful house from 1905! Renovated a few years ago, but not well maintained. The rooms and sanitary facilities as well as the bedding were clean. The kitchen utensils that did not come out of the dishwasher were not properly cleaned and we washed them again before using. The (beautiful) stove and ovens were really dirty ... The bbq device was not cleaned and very dirty! Around the house was all kinds of rubbish. The place with cleaning supplies was very sloppy! Fortunately, the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings made up for everything!

The kitchen is well suited for preparing large maaltijden.Wij received a most cordial welcome to An of the Pond. The area is good for hiking. There are many signposted walks. It is an excellent home for family outings both elderly as young children. The children called it "Villa Villekulla" to the house of Pippi Longstocking. they wanted to be here to stay around familie.Nogmaals our compliments to the Pond An of the house is decorated with care.

The villa Lumen 7 is a fantastic house for a family or group of friends. The space on the ground floor, the large kitchen and of course the fireplace are very nice when the weather is less. Too bad we were not able to enjoy the terrace with a view, but all the more reason to come back. The bedrooms are very spacious. The interior of the house is beautiful and well implemented in all rooms. Despite being an old house, it is fully equipped and well maintained inside. We had a nice weekend with our group of friends.

The house in Flobecq is very nice and very spacious. We stayed there with our family (13 people). Beautifully situated, with a view of the hilly region and a fantastic garden and forest to play in. Some downsides: untidy kitchen cabinets, toy cupboard, tourist information, garbage storage outside, and the dishwasher did not work.

A beautifully built, rebuilt and decorated home. Then provided many fine details with fun surprises. The location is excellent. The filled (cooling) cabinets with products at a very reasonable price for sale is a very good idea. A perfect kitchen to cook. In a group 1 bathroom had inadequate drainage. If that is gereparaard, it is really perfect.

The house is amazing, clean and the owner is very welcoming. Upon arrival everything was neatly arranged and full refrigerator with juices, water and local beers. Detailed information on the best bakery, butcher nearby. Location is very calm returning with panoramic view (which we are not used in the Netherlands). The house can accommodate up to 16 people with lovely bedrooms with washing facilities. We have been a day to Ieper (or an hour's drive) and the next day we climbed the Wall of Grammont (15 minutes drive). I never write reviews, but this house deserved all the praise!

Upon arrival we noticed that the kitchen towels were missing, but that was solved by the owner. The accommodation was very pleasant after a few problems. The problems were no hot water in the showers in the hallway, however the water was very hot in the showers connected with the rooms and these were also modern and nice. The facilities were fine, kitchen with a lot of accessories, spacious living room, pleasant veranda, beautiful salons. Each bedroom has a sink but some beds are short and narrow. We did not enjoy much of the area because of the rainy weather, the only walk that was made showed a beautiful wooded area. The jacuzzi was a pleasant pastime even though it was raining then.

Theater Terneuzen hires each year just before the stage show a house to put on the play that they are going to bring on stage. Dotting the "i" The house has a large, beautiful and bright living room with covered veranda (this includes the smokers). A great rehearsal. There were plenty of places in the house to withdraw. The master bedroom with bay window with a great view over the hilly landscape and separate TV room were wonderful places to learn. Texts The kitchen was great, plenty of space and everything available. The bedrooms were all gems with 2 double beds and private sinks. The bathrooms with rain showers were lovely. But the highlight for some was surely the jacuzzi. The separate cottage, suitable for 2 people, which is next to the house was put into operation by "newly weds". The three dogs that meewaren also felt right at home. Behind the house is a forest where they can romp around and the house is a front garden and a meadow so great. Nearby is a beautiful trail of 7.5 km. But we will not get around to it through the busy rehearsal schedule. In short, an ideal home for rehearsal Theatre Group Terneuzen. The performances are from 19 / 24 November

Beautiful house, fine kitchen and living space. Nice field in front of the house to play football, kubben. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Outsider activity park close by where the kids clambered and played the adult bolletra (brilliant game, cross pétanque and curling)

The house is amazing, clean and the owner is very welcoming. Upon arrival everything was neatly arranged and full refrigerator with juices, water and local beers. Detailed information on the best bakery, butcher nearby. Location is very calm returning with panoramic view (which we are not used in the Netherlands). The house can accommodate up to 16 people with lovely bedrooms with washing facilities. We have been a day to Ieper (or an hour's drive) and the next day we climbed the Wall of Grammont (15 minutes drive). I never write reviews, but this house deserved all the praise!

We have a lovely long weekend spent with the family in this beautiful home. The only downside is that the house only double beds has (except children). An excellent starting point for excursions: a visit to a brewery, an afternoon of Ghent, a wonderful walk in the woods, within walking distance from the house.

Good check-in with nice tips for restuarants etc. Very extensive dishes perfect for dinners. Nice towels. Jacuzzi water was allowed to refresh and there was a lot of flying inside but that is to be expected in the wooded area. All in all, a real recommend.

Upon arrival we noticed that the kitchen towels were missing, but that was solved by the owner. The accommodation was very pleasant after a few problems. The problems were no hot water in the showers in the hallway, however the water was very hot in the showers connected with the rooms and these were also modern and nice. The facilities were fine, kitchen with a lot of accessories, spacious living room, pleasant veranda, beautiful salons. Each bedroom has a sink but some beds are short and narrow. We did not enjoy much of the area because of the rainy weather, the only walk that was made showed a beautiful wooded area. The jacuzzi was a pleasant pastime even though it was raining then.

Special appearance of the house, large garden, clean and good facilities. Lots of cutlery and crockery so that you will never miss out. In the evening still sitting around the fire pit and enjoyed the view. Very many cycling and walking routes directly from the house. The hostess was easy to reach and very friendly. Did not sit in the jacuzzi but the rest of the group regularly)

(filter bag from previous, opened packages with food still present in cupboard, dishwashing delivered dirty dishes (appliance maintenance, like coffee maker, descaling?) handkerchiefs behind bedside table, dog hairs .. Clean water from Jaccuzi? Play cellar was dirty..was large spacious house and beautiful decor, just like the environment, despite the poor hygiene enjoyed.

The house in Flobecq is very nice and very spacious. We stayed there with our family (13 people). Beautifully situated, with a view of the hilly region and a fantastic garden and forest to play in. Some downsides: untidy kitchen cabinets, toy cupboard, tourist information, garbage storage outside, and the dishwasher did not work.

Beautiful house from 1905! Renovated a few years ago, but not well maintained. The rooms and sanitary facilities as well as the bedding were clean. The kitchen utensils that did not come out of the dishwasher were not properly cleaned and we washed them again before using. The (beautiful) stove and ovens were really dirty ... The bbq device was not cleaned and very dirty! Around the house was all kinds of rubbish. The place with cleaning supplies was very sloppy! Fortunately, the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings made up for everything!

The villa Lumen 7 is a fantastic house for a family or group of friends. The space on the ground floor, the large kitchen and of course the fireplace are very nice when the weather is less. Too bad we were not able to enjoy the terrace with a view, but all the more reason to come back. The bedrooms are very spacious. The interior of the house is beautiful and well implemented in all rooms. Despite being an old house, it is fully equipped and well maintained inside. We had a nice weekend with our group of friends.

Beautiful walks in quiet surroundings. Ellezelles definitely worth the witch walk with kids! Afterwards, sit in the lovely jacuzzi. Children romp in the woods! Interior fantastic job!

Nicely renovated spacious villa, pleasant sitting areas, large and well-equipped kitchen that could be a little cleaner. Small negligence, repair work but in general we enjoyed a very nice weekend with 13 guests.

We had three days of good weather and with the whole family the wonderful walk done T5 departing spot, visited the Wall of Geraardsbergen and many enjoyed the large hot tub and look together to the TV screen over.

Beautiful house, fine kitchen and living space. Nice field in front of the house to play football, kubben. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Outsider activity park close by where the kids clambered and played the adult bolletra (brilliant game, cross pétanque and curling)

When we arrived, there was a container filled with household waste right next to the front door (garbage bags) left by previous tenants. What a welcome! We had to call the person in charge to come and have the container. What was done the day after our arrival. The remark was rather badly taken by the referent and did not want to take us any more in communication whereas then we had a problem of leak at the first use of the lava -dishes. There was water everywhere in the scullery and kitchen. She no longer answered either my number or that of my companion. picked up and had someone sent, the owner?... The latter just told us to run the dishwasher again and let him know if the problem reoccurred and that he would then send a technician. There was also a parasol on the terrace (facing south) unusable, the base broken and the parasol torn. There was also perhaps a lack of garden furniture (deckchair style) for lounging in the sun. It was not clear from the point of view of cleanliness and the jacuzzi had not been checked either between the two rentals. And there, okay, that we users, check during the stay to keep it clean but it is not up to us to clean it on first use. The interior condition of the house is more than shabby: peeling paint, knocks in the woodwork, doors, walls, cobwebs everywhere, rubbish under the beds... In the kitchen, there was a lot of dirt in the stove ventilation grilles. I find that the asking price is more than overrated, it is a thousand euros above the price. There was no one to welcome us on our arrival and give us explanations and no one on our departure either. The few explanations found are in Dutch. Very charming house, with a beautiful location and a great garden. Not recommended for older people and tall people. Some showers are so low and small that you can't wash yourself "normally". The house was not clean, old cobwebs in the windows, mold in some cups to name just two examples. In two rooms there was a lack of curtains or in other rooms the blinds did not function. Shower on the third floor cannot be ventilated, there was mold on the screen and the occasional unbelievable stench came out. Toilets and bathrooms cannot be locked. We personally found the mattresses very soft, although this is probably a matter of taste. Now that I read older reviews, the dishwasher has not worked for a long time. Not even now. Washing dishes for 14 people is not really my feeling of vacation ;-) The arcade in the basement could not really be used, no table football. Too few umbrellas on the terrace and no sun loungers. And the bbq was downright filthy. In short, it was just not it. I have also written this to our contact person, but no response has been received.Our contact person was also very friendly, there was nothing to criticize.I also think it is important for Belvilla to inspect houses, especially given the amount for the rent such a house.
