This magnificent, completely newly built vacation home is located on the popular Park Horizon, just a stone's throw from the center, dunes and beach. You will want for nothing here. The ideal location for a family vacation by the sea!
In the very tastefully decorated, bright living room there is a comfortable seating area with corner couch, two armchairs and a cozy electric fireplace. The house has free Wi-Fi and SMART TV, where you can receive, among other things, NETFLIX (through your own account) and a variety of other channels. Through the sliding door in the living room you enter the sunny terrace with garden group and loungers. Here you can start your day with breakfast in the sun. Of course, there is also a barbecue to finish the day in style.
In the new, open kitchen - with a bar for 3 people - you can enjoy long meals and spend cozy evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, steam oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The adjacent dining area can seat 6 people.
The living room leads to two of the three bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two luxury single beds (box spring) and ample closets. Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with rain shower and sink. In the hallway there is a separate toilet.
The stairs in the hallway lead to the large sitting area. There is a cozy TV corner (with SMART TV). Ideal for families with children. On this floor there is also the third bedroom and another luxurious bathroom. The third bedroom has two single box spring beds and enough closet space. The bathroom has a rain shower, sink and toilet.
The cottage is heated centrally and by means of underfloor heating. In addition, the living room has air conditioning. The property offers parking space for two cars. A washing machine is at your disposal. In the garden house you can safely store your bicycles, for example.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the Park De Horizon is a supermarket (about 400 m.), which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighboring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for nice walking and cycling trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.
The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
