This modern and luxurious villa is situated in a quiet area above the small town of Omiš (3km), offering breathtaking panoramic views over the city, Adriatic sea, the coast, the islands, and the Omiška Dinara hills, with an attractive walking trail to the highest summit of Omiska Dinara named Kula (863m above sea level). The nearest minimarket is 2km far, and supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the nearest beach are 3km far from the villa. A car is needed as you are located in the hills, 3km above the coastal road. 5 parking places are secured at the property. Villa itself has 280 square meters with an additional land area of 490 square meters.
Villa BAMM offers luxury and comfortable accommodation for max 10 persons in 5 bedrooms which are ideal for several families or a group of friends who enjoy this quiet environment. It is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, with a TV in every room, and with the PlayStation 5 in the living room.
* The OUTDOOR area is a walkout terrace from the living /dining room/ kitchen which leads to a stunning 36 sqm (9x4m) heated swimming pool with a massage. The outdoor area includes a spacious sun deck area with palm trees, 10 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a BBQ with a fully equipped Summer kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher...), and a covered dining area for 10 people where you can relax at any time of day or night… Behind the house is a terrace with outdoor table tennis, a swing, and a slide for your youngest.

The living room consists of comfy sofas, flat-screen smart TV, PS5, and A/C. There is also a Bedroom No1 (16,5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (5sqm), A/C, TV, and amazing sea views an exit toward the pool area. A separate toilet is on the ground floor.
* The 1ST FLOOR offers 3 bedrooms, Bedroom No2(16,5sqm), No3(14,8sqm), and No4(16sqm), each with amazing sea views and a huge open terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, overlooking the stunning Adriatic sea and islands. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished and each features king-size beds 180cmx200cm, A/C, TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower (each 5sqm), and a terrace. There is also a laundry on the first floor with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities. Bedrooms No2 and No3 share a terrace with sea views, and Bedroom No4 has its own covered terrace with sea views too.

Villa BAMM is located only 3km from Omiš, a town, and port in the Dalmatia region of Croatia, and is a municipality in the Split-Dalmatia County. Omiš location is where the emerald-green Cetina River meets the Adriatic Sea, and here you can try many activities like rafting, zip-line above Cetina river, canoeing, canyoning, boat tours on the river or from Omiš to island Brač, Hvar, Vis....and more. You are situated approximately 28 km south-east of Croatia's second-largest city, Split. Split is a Unesco world heritage site that is nearby your location. The closest heritage site is the Historical Complex of Split with the Palace of Diocletian (29 km, or half hour drive) and it is very much worth visiting. The vicinity of Makarska Riviera is also a plus, as Makarska Riviera is famous for its beautiful beaches and nice Mediterranean coast where you can visit Pisak, Baška Voda, Brela, and Makarska. There is also a park of nature called Biokovo with its famous attraction Biokovo skywalk. That is the viewpoint made from glass in the shape of a horseshoe on the edge of a cliff on which you can walk on! It is really amazing and as you can imagine, the view of the middle Dalmatian islands is breathtaking.

Perfect!
The accommodation and the view are even more beautiful and impressive in person. Nothing was missing. The hostess was very friendly, always available if we had any questions, and very helpful. It was a very nice vacation! :)
