It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (and there was a second bathroom on the first floor). There is a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace in front of the house overlooking the pool offers comfortable seating. There is a barbecue next to the house! The interior and well-maintained complex of the villa have a rustic style and modern style in some rooms! The Stone house Katarina is located near the tourist resort of Rabac on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. The famous village Rabac with its beautiful beaches, promenade with restaurants, cafes and small souvenir stores can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor shower, air conditioning (in each bedroom) included in the price, internet via wifi, outdoor barbecue with dining area, laundry room for washing and drying
