Beachhut Kokolishi is a cozy new vacation home for 2 persons close to the fantastic beach and boulevard of Zandvoort aan Zee (550 meters) and near the center of Zandvoort (300 meters) with its many restaurants and stores. The accommodation offers free parking on the private driveway. What is certainly very pleasant in the high season! The location of Beachhut Kokolishi is quiet and has a private entrance. The accommodation has a living room with doors opening onto the terrace (morning sun), a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with flat screen TV and large double bed (1.80 x 2.10) and a small modern bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The nearest bakery and supermarket are 300 meters away in the center of Zandvoort. The nature park "the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes" starts at the end of the street and Holland Casino Zandvoort is 450 meters from the accommodation. Circuit Park Zandvoort 1.7 km away. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 17 km from the accommodation. Beachhut Kokolishi is the recipe for an ideal beach vacation in your own lovely oasis!

Only positive memories
We were allowed to spend 7 nights in this great accommodation in August. Great furnishings. Cozy. Nothing was missing. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. We have never experienced anything like it. That alone is worth 5 stars. The beds were very comfortable. Another plus point. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. We didn't need our car the whole week. The train station is also within walking distance, so we could reach cities like Amsterdam by train. Now let's turn to our landlords. Dear Annelies, dear Idse. Stay as you are. Your hospitality will always be remembered by us.

Absolutely recommended!
The Beachhut Kokolishi is an incredibly lovingly furnished holiday home that we can absolutely recommend. Two beautiful terraces with a perfect holiday feeling (palms, shells, pleasant fairy lights, great seating and relaxation options) invite you to linger outside. The house itself is decorated with great attention to detail and offers not only perfect cleanliness but also all other amenities. We really lacked for nothing! The location to the dune landscape, the beach, and the city leaves nothing to be desired. Our car, which we could park right in front of the door, didn't even need to be used :) The hostess Annelies also made us feel truly welcome with small gestures. She was always available and supported us in the warmest way! Thank you for allowing us to have such a great time with you, and perhaps we can spend time with you again in the future.

We were allowed to spend wonderful days in April at the Beachhut Kokolishi in Zandvoort and are absolutely thrilled! Rarely have we experienced an accommodation where everything fit together so perfectly.
? Accommodation and Host (Top Rating!)
The Kokolishi house is not only beautiful but also incredibly cozy and lovingly furnished. It was the ideal retreat after long beach walks. From cleanliness to amenities: everything was top-notch. A special mention also goes to the host, whose care and friendliness made our stay perfect from arrival to departure.
? ️ Location and Surroundings
The location of the Beachhut is dreamlike. The beach at the door invites endless walks and you are immediately in the holiday mood. The surroundings and the charming town of Zandvoort itself also offer a great mix of tranquility and activity, without feeling overcrowded.
? Culinary and Overall Experience
The food in Zandvoort and the opportunity to self-cater in the great accommodation were a delight. The entire package of relaxation, culinary experiences, and proximity to the sea deeply impressed us.
Conclusion
In summary, our stay at Beachhut Kokolishi was an absolute treat for the soul. Everything was top-notch! We are very much looking forward to returning to this beautiful house and are already excited about the next vacation at the Dutch sea!

Dream house with pool.
The first impression was so overwhelming that I was left speechless. It was simply dreamlike beautiful. The facilities are perfectly coordinated down to the smallest detail. You can eat and relax wonderfully on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need. Great espresso machine and even a milk frother. The bed is super comfortable with different pillows. And everything is super clean. We will definitely come back. Much better than a hotel. The parking directly in front of the door is great. It's best to bring bicycles. Cycling through the dunes is wonderful.

Highly recommended!
Very nice accommodation in a quiet location. The great warmth and helpfulness of Mrs. Annelies Posthuma made the stay special. We immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was thought of, perfectly and tastefully furnished holiday home in a good location, quiet and close to the beach. The weekend was too short to enjoy the beautiful apartment. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!
