This cosy apartment for 2 people with balcony faces south. From the cozy furnished living room with sliding door you can access the balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun. In the kitchen with pine accents you can prepare a good meal. From the bedroom you walk into the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, vanity, and toilet. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable bed and a closet.
About 5 minutes walk from the apartment you can park your car in the parking lot 'De Zuid'.

Location and surroundings of object
In one of the oldest and most beautiful streets of Zandvoort, you will find the very centrally located house Casa Duna. From here you can reach the center, the beach and the dunes in just a few minutes walk.
This cosy holiday home is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, W-LAN and TV

Train station is about 10 minutes walk (to the center of Amsterdam in 30 min).We are open all year.
If you wish you can rent our parking card for the car park "de Zuid" on Generaal Frieddhoffplein, which is about 5 minutes walk away. 5,00 per day
You can also park your car somewhere in the street if there is space for 12,50 per day.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Zandvoort is known for its beautiful beach with its 40 inviting beach pavilions/beach clubs
An extensive sandy beach no less than nine kilometres long. And on average 100 metres wide. Plenty of space for swimming, sailing, kiting, supp and surfing and much more
Enjoy one of the terraces in the village or at one of the many cozy beach bars where you can eat. In the centre there are many restaurants, bars and nightclubs and a cinema (Circus). Zandvoort is alive all year round and the many nice shops and boutiques are open 7 days a week and in the summer months also in the evenings. On the beautiful bike routes in the nature reserves you can make beautiful bike rides. In the dunes of the Amsterdam water supply you can take nice walks and, if you are lucky, see deer, foxes, bison or wild horses.
Through the dunes and the hilly coast there are beautiful bike paths.
Near Haarlem or Amsterdam there are several museums or the various markets are definitely worth a visit.
In Zandvoort you can also play golf. The public golf course is located in the dune area
Friends of Grand Prix Autosport can indulge themselves at the Zandvoort race track. The excitement is literally palpable during the many spectacular races of the greats

It is also possible to ride on the beach or in the dunes of Zandvoort
Swimming paradise
If the weather is bad, you can visit Center Parc's tropical swimming paradise. The surroundings of Zandvoort are very easy to reach by train.From the train station there is a train to Amsterdam every half hour. This train -without changing trains- only takes half an hour.
Beach
Official kite surfing spots You can kite surf safely in Zandvoort. There are three spots on the beach where you are officially allowed to board and disembark. Near the WVZ, the Spot and the Reddingsbrigade in the north and south. The spots are marked with signs. These are moved at low and high tide
Blue Flag Since May 2004 the Blue Flag is flying again in Zandvoort. This flag is the symbol for clean and safe beaches. Zandvoort must meet a number of criteria for this. These criteria include: Quality of bathing water, good facilities, the presence of first aid and rescue equipment and facilities for the disabled.
