Description
The house is located about 2000 m from the beach. Accommodation is on the 1st floor. The apartment has an open kitchen and living area, adjoining a balcony. Furthermore you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a pool, sun loungers, seating area with gazebo and barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker. The premises are not barrier-free and therefore not handicapped accessible.
Parking is available in front of the house, overnight a car can be parked in the courtyard.
Nearby is a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. and is within walking distance. Other shopping facilities are a little further away (about 2-3 km). Day trips with a sailing ship Bavaria 31 are offered locally by the landlord and can be booked directly through him. Prices on request. Bicycles can be rented for a fee.
The occupancy is for a maximum of 4 persons. The minimum rental period is 1 week. In high season (June-end September) arrival is Saturday from 4 pm, departure Saturday until 10.00 am. In the off-season the house can be rented every day by arrangement. Towel package can be booked at the time of booking (1 large bath towel, 2 normal towels, 1 guest towel, 1 washcloth) 10,00€. Linen package can be booked at the time of booking (1 pillowcase, 1 comforter cover, 1 fitted sheet 160x200) 12,00€.

Best vacation
Every time I am here with my grandparents, I can relax and my problems have disappeared just like the stress of everyday life; I feel very free and there is plenty of space to move freely and do what you want. You can feel at home. This place is a good home for every person and family.

Super great holiday home for feeling good
The two holiday weeks were mega great!!! Beautiful, cozy holiday apartment with everything you need... you immediately felt comfortable and had a homey feeling!!! Great pool, very good mattresses, everything clean, new TV, Wi-Fi, cozy couch...
And the best landlords!!! Dieter always happily took us sailing out to sea!!! Where do you get that?!? We’re coming back next summer... but this time for 3 weeks!!!! Our two dogs were also warmly welcomed and felt comfortable! It was just great!!!

super beautiful vacation
We were with Teresa and Dieter for 3 weeks. They are really nice, and we had a lot of fun sailing with Dieter. And the fridge on board is impressive.

Family-friendly vacation
Teresa and Dieter are very pleasant hosts; you feel at home with them. Both offer advice and assistance. The pool for private use is really very nice and perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need. The large balcony is ideal for having breakfast.
