Organized on the ground floor, Villa Mir can accommodate 6+2 people in 3 bedrooms, a stylish open plan kitchen and living area with sliding glass doors toward the pool area, a private swimming pool 7.5m x 3.5m, 6 decks chairs. It is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, and Netflix, and it is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
Villa Mir is a newly built property located in the small village of Gata in the Omiš hinterland offering absolute privacy in a very quiet and unspoiled environment. It is only 26km (30 min drive) to the famous town Split with its great history, and 7 km (less than 10 min drive) from the small Mediterranean town Omiš with sandy and pebble beaches, Cetina river, many restaurants, and many activities that small town Omiš offer. The nearest local restaurant is 400m away, the nearest minimarket is within walking distance (200m), and a supermarket is 7km away, in Omiš. From the pool, you have an amazing view of the mountain environment and the village. The local area is very unspoiled, and quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve.
Villa Mir offers exclusively for you:
* OUTDOOR: Private swimming pool 7.5m x 3.5m, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, outdoor shower, sun umbrellas, for total relaxation while enjoying al-fresco prepared in the outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue grill.
* INTERIOR: A spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, Netflix, Air-conditioning, and a comfortable sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and dining area for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay (A microwave oven, a toaster, kettle, coffee machine Dolce Gusto ...and more). There is a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a TV, air-conditioning, and exit toward the pool area. Bedroom No2 with double bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, air-conditioning, and pool views. Bedroom No3 with double bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, air-conditioning, and pool views. A separate family bathroom with a shower (for bedrooms No2 and No3).
Villa Mir is nicely decorated and carefully furnished with high quality so you can enjoy your stay very much. The owner will be at the property at your arrival to provide all useful information about what can be done here and about all the recommended places to visit.
