Villa Caribic is gorgeous, fully air-conditioned accommodation for 8 people, and offers 5 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, sauna room, spacious kitchen with living and dining area with glass walls toward the pool area. Outdoor offers private, infinity pool 12x6m, whirlpool with baldahin, all surrounded by palm trees, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, covered outdoor dining and lounge area. There is also a playground for your outdoor area offers private 72sqm infinity pool, whirlpool, spacious sun deck area with 7 deck chairs, outdoor shower, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue, covered dining area, there is also a comfortable lounge area, and palm trees, those tropical beauties waving gracefully. Behind the villa is a huge flat part with toys and playing area for your youngest.
The ground floor offers spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with exit toward pool area, TV, air-condition, sauna in a room with shower and toilet, and separate toilet with washing machine.
The first floor offers Bedroom with king size bed and air-condition, Bedroom with king size bed and air-condition, Bedroom with king size bed and air-condition, these three bedrooms have an exit to the balcony with pool view. Bedroom with queen size bed, air-condition and view on the mountains. Bedroom offers a bunk bed (lower bed size is 140cmx200cm) and this is a favorite bedroom for your youngest members. There are 2 family bathrooms on the first floor, one with a bathtub, and one with a shower.

Villa Caribic is located in Gata village only 10 minutes drive ( 5 km) to sandy and pebble beach, Cetina river, many restaurants and many activities that small town Omiš offer. Nearest mini market is in walking distance (300m), and supermarket is 5km far, in Omiš. From the pool is whirlpool area you have an amazing view of the mountains, village and even on the sea and Fortica fortress in Omiš. The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina river offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water many more.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

Lovely villa in wonderful location
We have just returned from a two week stay in this lovely villa and couldn’t really find fault with anything. The villa is large and airy and very well equipped, the beds are very big and extremely comfortable. The outside area is amazing and the pool is the biggest we have had in a rented villa. We found it amply warm enough to swim in but I understand that there are plans to heat it next year. It is situated a short drive up into the mountains from Omis and has wonderful views to the sea and the island of Brac. Omis itself has a small Old Town which has a lovely atmosphere and some excellent restaurants. The town sits on the River Cetina and boat trips and white water rafting are good activities for all levels of energy. There is a wonderful zip line across the river and canyoning for the more daring!! Day excursions to the islands can also be arranged from Omis. Unbeknown to me when I booked the villa a year ago, it is owned by a family of dentists who were kindness itself to me when I developed a serious problem with a tooth and ended up having dental work done in Split. We can highly recommend a stay in this lovely villa.

We don’t want to go home!
A fantastic villa in a beautiful location. Dean and his lovely wife are very welcoming and made us feel instantly at home.
The luxury villa is modern and spacious and especially the beds are very comfortable, giving you everything you’d need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the huge pool and the great pool area with Whirlpool, Sauna and BBQ. The internet connection was good as well and we enjoyed the big TV screen in the evening (take your Netflix login with you) which made us feel like going to the cinema.
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we loved to feed the sheep, mules and goats nearby. We also had perfect trips with our motorcycles and we can highly recommend the whole area for bikers.
We could not have wished for a better holiday and our only regret is that we did not book another week … but we will correct this next year when we are planning to come for 4 weeks.
