The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Jadranovo. The studio is located on an enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and a parking space in the town (distance 100 m).

Tennis, mini-golf, water sports each 800 m. Diving in Selce 11 km.

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with dining area (3 seats), (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
