The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Jadranovo. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

In summer: Adriatic 500 m in Jadranovo (beach 500 m in Jadranovo with pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing plateaus). Jadranovo: dog beach 1300 m, fishing, boat hire, boat mooring each 500 m. Tennis, mini golf, water sports each 800 m. Diving in Selce 5 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads directly into the anteroom. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa. Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas cooker, electric hob (2 rings), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
