Our holiday home is 89 sqm and divided into 2 levels. On the ground floor there is the newly renovated bathroom and bedroom 1. On the 1st floor there is the kitchen, living/dining area and bedroom 2, and there is also access to the terrace and garden
Children can let off steam in the large garden with playground equipment (swing, slide, sandpit). For cyclists, there is a locked room for the bikes. WLAN is available free of charge. You have the house and the garden at your sole disposal.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area about 4 km from Sulzbach-Rosenberg, near the 5-Rivers Cycle Path, Nuremberg approx. 50 km, Regensburg is approx. 80 km and Bayreuth 70 km away.

Wonderful holiday
From the first contact, the Ertl family was very warm, helpful and open
The house is beautifully located in a quiet residential area not far from the forest. You can go for a nice walk here, even our dog was thrilled by the forest and the many different paths you can take
The garden is beautiful and large and was also perfect for the dog
The rooms are lovingly and beautifully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped, everything we needed was there, from peelers to barbecue tongs to bread knives. Even washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing-up sponge, cloth, brush, toilet paper, bin liners, sugar, salt, pepper, an egg timer and much more that you usually have to bring yourself for holidays in holiday homes or flats is available. There are even two coffee machines (pods and filters) to choose from
There are many beautiful destinations in the immediate vicinity, which are recommended for families, couples, friends and with dogs. We had a wonderful, eventful and relaxing holiday, thank the Ertl family very much and will definitely come back!
