Description

Walking distance to the dunes (10 min.), the beach and the vibrant city center of Renesse (20 min.) lies this beautiful vacation home. By bike the beach is only five minutes away. During the high season you can also use the free electric beach bus. The house is beautifully situated on the edge of the family park De Bongerd and borders directly on the nature reserve. The large, fully fenced garden has several seating areas. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long. The ideal location for a relaxing vacation!

In the bright, cozy furnished living room is a comfortable sitting area. There is digital TV with many German channels. From the living room you can access the sunny, private terrace with awning. Here you can start the day with a breakfast in the sun and finish the evening in style at the barbecue.

In the generously equipped open kitchen, next to the seating area, you will find, among other things, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer and a combination microwave

In the hallway is a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The stairs in the living room lead to the second floor. There are two bedrooms and a playroom where, for example, a baby crib can be placed. One bedroom has a box spring double bed, the other two box spring single beds. There are enough closets. The second bathroom (2022) is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Also there is the washing machine and dryer.

The house is centrally heated. There is free wifi. To the house belongs a parking place for 1 car. In the garden is a garden shed, where you can park their bikes, for example.

Location and surroundings of object

Near the park De Bongerd is a supermarket (about 100 m.), which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning. The extensive dune landscape and the neighboring nature reserve "De Vroongronden" are suitable for nice walking and cycling trips to the beautiful old town of Burgh-Haamstede.

The Brouwersdam (Grevelingenmeer) with its fantastic conditions for water sports of all kinds (kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, beach sailing, kite buggy, fishing, diving) is about 10 minutes away by car.
