Cottage: rustic-elegant, exposed beam ceiling and beautiful clay floor, large terrace. From the house you have a wonderful view of the lake and the Valais Alps. The cottage is located in the middle of nature.

Location and surroundings of object
The vacation house is situated very quietly in a picturesque landscape on a slight slope above Lake Maggiore in a beautiful southern garden and offers charming views of mountains, forest and lake.
Parking is directly in front of the house. The large garden to the house borders a nature reserve with beautiful fauna.The lake can be reached on foot in ten minutes. At the lake you have free access to the swimming beach. In the village it has romantic restaurants that spoil us culinary.

Brezzo di Bedero is situated about 3 km south of Luino in a panoramic position above Lake Maggiore. The picturesque old village center is located about 1 km from the lake and from the road that leads to the beautiful lakeside promenade. Brezzo di Bedero is also famous for its interesting thousand-year-old Romanesque basilica, where internationally renowned concerts are held each summer
Our vacation house is located in the middle of nature about 500m from the lakeside promenade and the public beach
Luino is about 3 km away and has a nice urban center with many stores. Every Wednesday the famous market takes place here. Delicious regional culinary specialties, but also clothes, etc. are offered at 371 stalls.
